Nowhere is a one-stop shop more significant for me than when it's a car shop. Going to one shop for exterior and interior detailing, another for mechanical repairs, and yet another for engine concerns, and so on -- I just don't have the time, the patience, or the funds for it -- really, having several people work on your car will run you dry. But I digress. As I was saying, a one-stop-shop for cars is in order. A good one. When I found out that Ziebart now does more than just keep a "tidy car" for you, I got excited. No, really! They do everything now, from dent removal and paint jobs, to tune ups and mechanical parts replacement. That's basically everything you need to keep your car in shape, and they do everything in one very accessible place! (Of course they have several branches across the country, but the main one, in Pasong Tamo, happens to be the most convenient for me.) As early as 7 am, you will see the red shirts hanging out outside the establishment, waiting to assist people who pull up in their cars. Each one is polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. My go-to guy is Sir Mike. He listens to your concerns and assesses the entire car to make sure they cover what you may need when they give you a diagnosis and a cost estimate. He explains everything thoroughly, so you can decide whether you want to do everything all at once, or if you can afford to stagger the repairs so that your car doesn't sit there for too long at a time. Their rates are quite competitive, and you know that your car is safe even if you have to leave it there for days at a time. Needless to say my car and I have been back a couple of times, and each time we drive away satisfied. Oh, and did I mention they offer instalment payments for big purchases made through your credit card? :-)

What Xotix did though, they have a whole set up there like a snack bar with chips and hotdogs, drinks and whatnot, a comfortable place you can wait at and a gaming set-up and a tv. You really won't mind the wait and might even hang out there just for fun. Service wise, they've got good service too and really friendly people. If you're just there for a wash then they'd be done in no time but if you're there for other things then it differs. Like I said though, you won't mind the wait! And if you do get bored there are tons of restaurants near by which you can go to and explore!

Elite has the standard options for car wash - exterior wash + interior vacuum, waxing and detailing options, paint seals, and much more. They also have an al fresco waiting area, which have a few tables and chairs for people to do some work or just hang out. I always sit right next to the outlet (there's only one that's available), so that I could charge my phone while waiting. The best part about waiting here is that they have free WIFI, though the service isn't that fast (who cares, it's free!). They also have snacks ready for purchase. Being really hungry at the time though, I ordered an Elite burger. It wasn't anything special, but it really hit the spot for me that day.

Guevarra street, where there are several establishments near it that are walkable (so I don't get bored when waiting for my car to be finished). Unlike other car cleaning services that I've tried, GMAN is clean and well-maintained, and their employees are always in uniform. It's also a plus that the owner is often there, checking that everyone is doing their job properly. :) I bring my car there for regular car washing and vacuuming (at least every month) and for detailing every quarter. I like how they handle my car. They do the work quickly, but efficiently. They don't cut corners and really make sure they've got every nook and cranny covered. And although I have a simple car (compared to the many high-end vehicles that are serviced there), they don't scrimp on the work that has to be done for me. We had the option to eat at Charlie's but, we decided to stay in their waiting area. There was a TV and also self-service coffee. After about 30 minutes, the car was done! Every little detail of the car was CLEAN! They even vacuumed the inside of the car. The seats were very clean and the whole car was just amazingly done. I highly recommend everyone to try their service at least once. I promise you will come back again and again. Seriously. The service just costs about Php180 (that's with the tip already)!

I am going there tomorrow in hopes they are open, and so I can get back my mats which cost me money. I cannot recommend this car wash until they rectify this serious error. Carlotta got into an accident one night, when a taxi cut her from the right side, and in order to avoid further damage, decided to hit a street pole on the median instead. She was immediately towed to Wilson and Jackson, where the guard there (who stayed in 24/7), willingly accepted and helped the tow service crew tuck in Carlotta for the rest of the night. For a month and half, Carlotta underwent many services and body repair, which included replacing her headlights, front bumper and fenders, replacing the radiator and repairing the transmission. Through it all, the guys at Wilson and Jackson kept my girlfriend and I updated about her status, and kept us well-informed about all the service that is being done. After her road test, Carlotta was deemed okay for release, all thanks to the fast service of Wilson and Jackson.
