I was in Bismarck Nd for my moms bypass surgery. After she made it through and was resting comfortably, I wanted to relax.
None of the courses in Bismarck had a tee time and a cart for me. So I figured... well I can drive a little...
Called out, told them what I was looking for. "Come on out, we got you" I got there with an hour left of daylight. I told them that I was the guy that had called.
The guy tossed me a key and said "if you don't make it by close, just park the cart and leave the key where I can find it."
I made it a point to be back by close and went in to cover the cost...
"Nah... my treat. Hope your Mom's alright."
I was stunned. I wish I had this course back home.
It's my deepest hope that the locals in the area take advantage of this great little course. You are lucky to have the team and the beauty of the course in your back yard.
And, if your reading this and your passing through... do yourself a favored take a couple of hours, buy a sleeve of balls while your there and enjoy an excellent round.
Keep these guys going. They are the reason I love the game and those that play. read more
