However, when the Adobe Sign contract arrived minutes later, Paragraph 1 stated the exact opposite: that the $6,000 fee is "earned immediately upon receipt" and is completely non-refundable, regardless of whether representation ends early or any work is done. When I called them out on this discrepancy via email and refused to pay until they provided a written addendum reflecting the promised 7-day refund guarantee, they failed to align their paperwork with what was promised on the phone.
