I desperatly needed a dress taking in for a very short notice wedding and i had 4 days to get it done. Amazingly she had it done within a couple of hours. Only concern was regarding a zip. Upon delivery of the service the leather has been dried out, the colour has faded and the brand new jacket looks to have aged years. Do not use this service for any suede they clearly cannot do this to any reasonable quality. **Note, after the store response we did take it to the retailer where it was pointed out to me that the store have admitted to dry cleaning a jacket that specifically states no dry cleaning - specialist leather clean only, which I might add is what we ordered ** (I have attached photo's in case of future edits) As such they have assured that the cleanings service is at fault and I am unable to take up any concerns with the retailer.*** This was due to a google response.

Sat in the bottom end of the market, this unit, complete with door to keep the cold out, offers alterations for ill fitting clothes. Needs anything taken up or in? For around a fiver you can get it done here. If you think a fiver is a little steep, imagine just destroying the item altogether if you're not a dab-hand at needle work! I think these places are the gems of the market, offering a service that people often overlook. Brilliant.

Before someone goes crazy on me, the print is the usual type you get from print shops not the actual painted ones you get from a clothing shop. You stretch it too much it will crack. But that's not the shop's fault. As price goes, i found it very cheap compared to it's competitors. I paid £20 for a men's jumper and a print on the front, where on other shops I was told £28+. Finally regarding the speed I'll say just this: middle of last week before Christmas, gave them to notify them that i'll send the image i want to print through email. I sent it afternoon and i was told it would be ready to collect it next day after 9am. I was really pleased with the people working there, very nice and polite. They also do all kinds of photo gifts, canvases etc.

It's because I rarely need a dry cleaners in my life. Anyhow I went here a few months ago with my suit and my dad's suit and they served me very well. They offered to have them ready the same day but I picked it up the folllowing day as I was in no rush. The suits were sparklingly clean, fresh smelling and expertly pressed, and the service was delivered with a smile. The prices (I'm told by my dad) are very standard for a dry cleaning service, so all in all, it was not a bad experience at TLC.
