It was a little frightening because I didn't know what was going on with me and I felt so horribly, but the ER physician Dr. Obi came and updated me once all the results were in. She was very thorough and explained why I was being admitted, what was going on, and the plan for me. Dr. Cozensa then took care of me, he was straightforward, knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. Dr. Hyun was my anesthesiologist, she was so kind and communicative and clearly exceptional at doing her job. I felt I was in very safe hands with them. The radiology department was amazing. I had a lot of interactions with them and from the radiologist techs to the transporters; everyone was so professional, kind and attentive. I also want to shout out to Dan in Nuclear Medicine who was so kind and explained every step to me during my scan and to Tovar RN on the med-surg floor who took care of me my last night - excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and overall care! Just really above and beyond. Did I want to come here? Heck no; no one wants to go to an emergency room! But did I get the care I needed? And I got to walk out on my own a few days later? Heck yes. Grateful to be alive and have had a good outcome.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went to this ER because I was extremely sick and scared. I was…read moreoverheating, dizzy, and losing my vision. I genuinely thought I was dying. I was worried about carbon monoxide poisoning, heat stroke, anemia, or something serious, and I just wanted them to check my blood work and figure out what was going on. The doctor came up to me and asked what I was there for. I started explaining that I wasn't sure what was wrong and that I wanted them to check my blood work, and he immediately interrupted me and said, "No, I said WHY are you here?" Then he told me, "I don't need you to diagnose yourself." The way he was talking to me was SO aggressive and hostile. It wasn't just what he said--it was his entire tone. He was talking to me like I was stupid or bothering him. I was already sick and scared, and I literally started SHAKING from the anxiety while he was talking to me. I finally told him, "I don't like the way you're talking to me." Instead of calming down or trying to communicate with me like a human being, he said he was the only doctor there and, basically, "If you don't want to talk to me, there's the door." Then he POINTED at the door. Are you serious??? I came to the ER because I was scared that something was seriously wrong with me, and this man made me feel like I was the problem for asking for help. I was so overwhelmed I was practically in tears. I genuinely felt like I could die that day, and this is how I was treated when I came looking for medical care. And the ER itself was awful. There was basically no privacy because patients were being spoken to in chairs in the hallway. The whole place looked chaotic and honestly looked like a mess. It did not feel like a place where someone should go when they're already scared and vulnerable. I understand doctors deal with stressed patients all day. I understand they have to ask questions and make their own diagnosis. But NONE of that gives you an excuse to speak to a sick, frightened person like they're an inconvenience. I came there because I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME and needed a doctor to help me. I will never forget how I was treated that day. I walked into that ER scared and sick, and instead of feeling cared for, I walked away shaking from anxiety and feeling completely humiliated. Absolutely unacceptable. People like Dr EUGENE PARK should not work in hospitals. People like him should be fired!

Based on her attitude and…read morethe way she handled the interaction, she appeared to hate her job and showed little interest in helping me. Rather than being welcoming and professional, she made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. My biggest concern was that Jacquelynn could not clearly explain the additional fees I was being charged before completing the transaction. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before their money is taken. As the cashier responsible for processing the payment, she should have been knowledgeable enough to explain each charge or find someone who could. Her lack of communication made the entire situation frustrating and uncomfortable. Instead of calmly reviewing the charges with me, she failed to provide a clear answer about where the fees came from or why they were being added. This made me question whether the charges were correct and whether the employees were properly trained. Overall, Jacquelynn's attitude and inability to explain the fees gave me a very negative impression of the business. Even if she did not personally create the fees, she should have made an effort to get accurate information for me. I hope management addresses this situation by improving employee training and reminding staff that customers deserve respectful service, transparency, and clear explanations about every charge. For all I know the $60 was for her nail appointment lol

The bad news: I went in at 8:45am did not receive any real treatment except and IV until around 2pm. I didn't get out and complete everything until after 4pm. Spent nearly an entire work shift just to get seen and checked. They are extremely understaffed and overbooked with walk ins. They need more CT scan rooms, and nurses willing to see patients. At the end of the day, I was treated, but I did not feel cared for and did not feel like I was important. Of course, there are other patients and we all want to be prioritized but the issue is they receive more patients than they can handle and it does not seem to matter to them at all. You will get treated, just expect to waste a lot of time.

That could've been acceptable if it weren't in combination with other things. Two, one time I arrived FIVE minutes late and my therapist was already with another patient! Wth? Do they not have windows of time for each appointment? Then she ended up helping us both at the same time. And three, at my most recent appointment I didn't like how the maintenance worker was able to walk around like nothing where people are doing therapy, and taking glances at certain moves and stretches. Worse, as I was leaving he was outside and made comments about my moves and therapy! I was aghast and told him that is very unprofessional.

From the moment we walked in, this clinic exceeded our expectations…read more The space is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and genuinely calming. It feels homey and welcoming, which is rare, especially considering this is both primary care and urgent care in one. The clinic is also very modern and efficient. We were given an email address to submit medical documents, and everything was uploaded seamlessly. The receptionist was patient, friendly, and welcoming. Although we noticed the clinic serves many Armenian patients, we never once felt judged or treated differently. We first met with a student nurse practitioner who had a warm demeanor, asked thoughtful questions, and listened carefully while taking detailed notes. It felt thorough and unrushed. When Dr. Manuk Chulyan came in, it was immediately clear he had already reviewed my mom's history. I explained her recent hospitalization and new diagnosis of advanced kidney disease, along with our frustration with prior gaps in care. He was compassionate and attentive, especially toward my mom, who was visibly anxious and overwhelmed. He carefully reviewed her labs, uploaded outside records, and updated medications with great attention to detail. He was receptive to coordinating appropriate follow-up care with specialists and addressing our concerns without hesitation. What truly stood out was his willingness to help with necessary medical documentation and support requests. There was no resistance, no judgment, and no sense that we were asking for too much. In a time when my mom already felt vulnerable, that calm willingness meant more to us than words can express. He also took time to understand how her condition affects daily life and was supportive of resources that could help improve her overall well-being. In a quiet, sincere moment, he mentioned God to my mom. It was gentle, respectful, and not forced. My mom left feeling comforted and understood in a way she hasn't felt before with a primary care provider. Mary, the office manager, was exceptional. She was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful with paperwork, and even went out of her way to explain additional resources we weren't initially aware of. Appointments are easy to make, we arrived early, and they were punctual. We left feeling heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. We truly love this clinic. Parking is limited, but street parking is available. Highly recommend. PS This review was not solicited. It is shared voluntarily and reflects our honest and heartfelt experience.
