I can understand the challenges of merging systems, and I'm pleased that the decision to keep the Advantis online portal, but I just don't understand why Rivermark still can't produce account statements timely. It's now the 7th of October, and I'm still waiting for statements to be published. I have banking relationships with several other banks, and Rivermark is consistently last by four or more days. It shouldn't take a week to generate a bank statement. This is an annoyance I'm forced to endure every month. Perhaps other customers don't care, but I'm a retired finance and accounting professional and completing bank reconciliations is something I do religiously every month.
