This was done during the holiday-winter months, which everyone knows is a hard time of year to try to sell a home. She kept us informed and up to date, while we waited. She had a photographer come to house to do a photo shoot for Zillow and other websites. They turned out very well. She felt our home would have no trouble selling, and she was right. We appreciate all the work did and believe we were in good hands with her and Realty Concepts. Thanks, Shelley, for helping us sell our home so that we could go on our adventure in the east. The cost of the commission that real estate agents make is worth every penny, giving peace of mind that every aspect of the sell would be completed.

She was the only one who kept us informed and on track. She went the extra 1000 miles to help us find the right home, never pushing us or rushing despite us having to back out of a deal. She supported our decisions, listened to our concerns and wants and took our lenders issues personally helping us find a place to stay after our lender failed to close on time. I have no greater words to express my appreciation for Shelley professionally and personally. I cannot wait to get settled in, so we can invite her for dinner to see our new home at its finest. Shelley is truly the world's best realtor! I've never met anyone more caring in this type of industry than her.

I was highly impressed by the representation I saw. We finally have settled on a beautiful house in truly a wonderful location on a hilltop in Raymond. Our realtor is such a gentlemen and has been there for us throughout the search. As we have come down to the last few weeks things have just gone really weird due to the LP realtor. 1. My mortgage company has tried to call for some clarification and she has ignored them. 2. The owners asked me if we would mind closing at the end of the month and I was eager for this but stated it would be up to the mortgage company as the contract day was April 14th. 3. When the pest inspection was done a small amount of dry rot was noted. During my paid inspector's inspection it was pointed out to me. When mentioning this to the LP realtor and owners the realtor point blank stated that they would cover that repair to my realtor and myself. Now this 'realtor' is threatening lawsuit because WE did not do repairs in a timely manner and because we did not close by March 24th. My opinion is to just be wise and interview your realtor before you select one. There is one running around who is causing a lot of stress for the owners of the property we are trying to buy as well as for ourselves!!
