I called the store and explained that I wanted to return the shirts for size and if I included a Fed Ex return envelope would they exchange....without hesitation, they agreed. I was told to address the envelope to Rhonda. After receiving the shirts, Rhonda called me and explained that she could not replace the shirts exactly.... color and logo were different. I said that was fine, I was more concerned about size. Within two days, I received the right shirts. Customer Service was amazing......I am most grateful!

I let the clerk know and she looked at me and said sorry, No refunds. I said you have got to be kidding me just give me the $10 back and cancel the transaction. She said it was against their policy. She did say I could exchange it, but it was the last sweatshirt like this so not really an option I wanted. I was told I could go talk to the manager over at Scrimshaw. She literally laughed at me! Neither location was willing to go in the back to check for another one like the one I had so I ended up exchanging for a sweatshirt I didn't even want!

There's a sign that said everything is half off outside and when I went in, it seemed to be the case as everything was marked down. There was a very friendly worker there who greeted me warmly and helped me whenever I asked questions. Though she was swamped with customers, being alone there, she was still helpful to the best of her abilities. Great little store. Would come again if I need to get some souvenirs again in Newport.

If you're playing, it looks like you must be in all whites. They also have a running "real tennis" court, which is funky and cool to witness players play this unconventional game. They run a ATP tournament in mid-July if you're lucky enough to catch that while the pros prepare to play at Wimbledon.
