It is amazing how long a job can drag on when you only turn up for two or three days a week and spend so much time drinking coffee and sleeping in your van. It is now the end of August and he has pocketed our money and abandoned the job leaving behind a complete mess. The patio has puddles all over it when it rains The drains he installed worked until he or one of his "experts" poured wet cement down them! The grass is uneven and in some places has metal sticking up out of it, The fence has three panels missing. The Gates never arrived (He promissed to fit them the next day about 30 times). The worse thing you can do is give this guy any money or hire him for a job.
