Our old sandwich van was run by a lady called Sticky Vicky who gave us hot, greasy, lard-laden delights like pasties with curry sauce and curly fries, but the health-conscious among us objected and now the New Yorkshire Food sandwich van is our sole 'meals-on-wheels' provider. For £2.60 you can nab yourself a tasty ciabatta, or make it a meal deal with some homemade soup or a can of pop and some crisps for £3.00. Other delectations on offer include fresh fruit salads and wraps, all at reasonable prices. And all much, much healthier and tastier than Sticky Vicky's offerings of yore.
