There were six of us for a birthday dinner. It was an hour wait. I would recommend making a reservation. The server (Austin) was outstanding! Been to this location numerous times and bthe service has alwayd been helpful and friendly. I went through a phase when I was younger where I was obsessed with PF Changs haha. I still like it, but unfortunately don't go weekly like my younger days! Last time I came here I ordered the spicy tuna appetizer and the vegetarian fried rice - both yummy. For dessert I ordered the chocolate raspberry wontons - very yummy! My friends and I were eating at the Promenade today and when we were driving towards the light to get on the interstate, we saw a man sprinting (yes, full on sprinting) from P.F. Chang's to the light. At first we were scared as to why he was running so fast towards us, but we realized he was running to catch the car in front of us who I assume left their credit card at the restaurant!? He chased them down and knocked on their window before they pulled out on the interstate to get them their card. Wonderful hero's out here at P.F Changs!! I have never seen such service! First off i would like to say that it really takes away from a business when they insist on putting their own pictures on their business. Not so much that, but the pictures arent even of the same dang store. It takes away from yelpers because we cant put legit pictures up. Rant over. I walked in to PF Changs (it is my favorite chain restaurant) extatic when they sat us down immediately even though they looked fairily crowded. Our waiter was very nice and knew the menu very well. The first problem was when we ordered. THEY TOOK MY FAVORITE DISH OFF THE MENU. I have never ben so disappointed food-wise in my life. I wasnt too happy with their altered menu. Grrrr. We gave him our order and informed him that we had a gift card and rewards card. The second disappointment was when he told us of the new "points" system they had opposed to the old "10% off" discount. Grrrrrrrr. Our food was good, tasted the same as every other time I went in. Towards the end of our meal our waiter came by asking my mom if she was done with her plate. I was rather confused as to what implications he saw that stated she was done. She still had food in her mouth and food on her plate. ???? We paid and our food was boxed up. A woman came by not, saying a word, and lit our candle. I thought that was really a "thoughtless" thing to do when a table JUST finished their meal. We left after that- without any fortune cookies. How sad. I've gone to other PF Chang's and this one is just OK. While the enviroment is decent and clean, service could be better along with food quality. While our server had a humorous demeanor and chose not to write down our order (something I normally think is pretty impressive how they can remember every little thing) BUT that backfires when they forget and need to visit the table a couple times to clarify asks. My mom had the Waldorf salad which the server strongly recommended. Unfortunately she could not find ANY of the candied walnuts and very little hint of apple pieces. I was disappointed that she was not satisfied with her dish especially since I was treating! We also had to ask our server more than once for an extra cup for tea as well as milk/sugar for the tea. The server also forgot the ice cream on our cake so we had to ask for it again and it was brought to the table seperately. I will most likely stick to PF Changs in other locations. read more

I love PF Chang's! I had been to this location in AR one time before. I ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken and fried rice. Delicious! We also started with an order of wontons. I ordered a Mai Tai and they did not skimp on the alcohol. Actually it was too much rum and I asked if they could put in more juice to balance it out because it was way too stout. The waiter did, but he also touched my straw, laid it on the counter, then put it back in the drink again. I drank most of it anyway, but so not clean or cool to do that. My friend ordered Kung Pao Chicken and brown rice. She actually didn't like that rice, so we shared the fried rice. She did enjoy her entree. read more

Food was phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food was, especially since I had it delivered, rather than eating it fresh at restaurant. The steak in the Mongolian Beef I ordered was still crispy from being fried to delicious perfection, and the crab stuffed wontons were just as fantastic!!I'd recommend this place to anyone that wouldn't mind a little higher price for the absolute hands down best food!! I wanted to update my review!! I ordered take out because I was going to work and man did they deliver!! I order the lettuce wraps which are my absolute favorite, honey crisp chicken, and I ordered something new off of the desert menu I ordered the banana wraps with chocolate and caramel and pineapple ice cream. It was so good. Everyone should try it. But here is the coolest part of the desert. I have not been to another place that when you order ice cream they do this. PF.Changs put my ice cream on ice. I have never had a place put my ice cream on ice so that my ice cream didn't melt until I ate it!!! I really appreciated that since I had a 20min drive.. Also the customer service was great. We were very disappointed in PF Chang's today. We sat in the bar and the overall experience was not good. We ordered and the service was timely, but my plate and spoon for my soup we dirty (crusty). I told the bartender and she went to get me a new one. After several minutes she was tending to others and forgot my spoon. I got her attention and she went back and to her credit brought me a new soup and spoon. We ordered their lettuce wraps and some how underneath half the container was nothing but crunchy noodles. A few weeks ago it was nothing like that. I guess they were cutting corners. We never got water refills although several employees did manage to come in and watch the Hog game on tv. Overall this visit was poor and we won't likely return for awhile. read more

I've been here many times, had some good experience and really good food, but I've also had really bad experiences with the service more than once. This review is specific to our visit last May 24th for dinner. And happily, we had a really good time. We called ahead to make a reservation so we didn't have to wait long for a table. The spring rolls and the chicken salad wrap did not disappoint. They were yummy. I couldn't decide what to order, and ended up getting the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, which I've had many times before. The portion is huge, good enough for 2, maybe 3 even. It's just not as good as I remembered, it was a bit on the bland side. Not one flavor stood out. Husband had his favorite, Wok-Fired Filet Mignon, which he said was delicious. The high point of the evening for me, was my cocktail, Sparkling Blossom - it's fresh, citrusy, fizzy. We recently received a gift card for P.F. Chang's. We decided to give curbside a try. We placed our order on line and called the number for them to run out or order once we arrived. We ordered sesame chicken and GF Chang chicken. The food was very bland. In the future, we will stick with Pei Wei. Not only is the food better, you have a ton of GF options unlike P.F.'s. Really like how some of the dishes change on seasons like the butternut squash dumplings!!!!YUMMMM I try to come here as much as I can and the appetizers are always good. Shrimp and pork dim sum are so juicy and fresh. Kung Pao dragon rolls is good.The long life noodles have a great sour spicy taste and the Shrimps are huge and the batter taste great. First time trying the Mongolian beef and now I order it almost all the time. The Caesar salad is the best I have ever taste and I order it everywhere I go so that says a lot! This is the best Asian food in Rogers/Bentonville area. They are only slightly higher in price over the other places, even Chinese food trucks here are pricey, and the quality of food is definitely superior. Everything we've tried here is delicious, and the service and atmosphere is great. They still have the best lettuce wraps, potstickers, orange chicken, kung pao, and more. We tried the Mongolian beef and it was good too. Also they take reservations so getting a table on the weekends is not a 1-2 hr wait like elsewhere in this area. read more

I know Covid has caused issues with pick up, but when the restaurant says be there by 7:35 pm, and it takes them until 8:30 to get the food, something is really wrong. No apology for the time wasted. We usually love this place but for some reason management decided to let small children sit at the bar while the adults had to stand and wait while two kids took up space for four people. Their Dad who was alone with them showed no interest in his kids and allowed them to do whatever while he solely focused on his phone. My wife and I decided to try this place out. Wrong choice we made lol. The only decent thing was my mojito drink I had and the Mongolian beef I had. The egg rolls we were served were oily and the taste was bland. My wife ordered the crispy honey chicken and I ordered the Mongolian beef as the meal. My wife and we're not impressed with the crispy honey chicken and told the waiter. The waiter didn't offer to take the meal back at all. Also when we got served, it took the another waiter after 10 min of sitting down to order our meal. Overall if you want mediocre Asian food come here. Ordered curbside last night. We got a family meal for 2 an added on kids meal and lettuce wraps. Our portions were very small, smaller than when you dine in. The lettuce wraps that came with the family meal didn't have the crunchy noodles under or anywhere. The order of lettuce wraps I ordered as an appetizer on top of what came with the family meal didn't get put in the bag. The wonton soup was awful. I'm super disappointed with missing items since it's so costly but even more so that when I called last night I was told they were busy closing and a manager would call me. When I called this morning I was told I'd get a call back. Still nothing. I understand things are hectic right now but there is time to return a call. For being considered a higher class restaurant I was pretty disappointed in the food. Prices weren't as outrageous for what we ordered but I very much can make fried rice better for 10$. Sugar snap peas were not ripe and very tough veggies could have been cooked a bit longer. Not to a mush but to the point to where it didn't feel as if they just tossed them in at the end. The lettuce wraps tasted great but I notice the used water chestnuts as a filler. Chickens not crazy expensive especially not in Arkansas. The lobster dim sum in miso butter was great no real complaints at all. Service was fantastic 10/10 there. But if I'm going somewhere that nice I expect somthing better than I can personally whip up in my kitchen for half the price ,and probably a much larger portion. Alos finding ripe Sugar snaps is NOT difficult. I will try it again as I always do and see if it was just a one off. Got home with a carry out and the first thoughts were wow, I paid 40 bucks for this ! The packaging and food quality was very substandard for this location. I've been to this chain location many times when I was younger and first moved here and have always associated it with bland cocktails and overpriced Asian fare. That being said I stopped going. We live in an area where new boutique bistros pop up daily so why waste a meal at a chain? I had sushi and a side salad and they were amazing. The side salad was huge and the sushi was amazing. I had the dynamite scallop roll... The twisted whisky sour was more of a screwdriver with whisky so do not order it. read more
