We have always loved PF Chang's but this location is now a "test kitchen". This means many of our old favorites are no longer on the menu and lots of new things showing up that are just ok or a "work in progress". The management runs around the restaurant soliciting feedback from diners which is just plain annoying when you are trying to enjoy conversation with friends. If you were a fan of the delicious Ahi Crisps, they now serve a pile of Ahi with chips that you are supposed to use to scoop up the fish. It is a mess to eat and impossible to share but no doubt reduced their food cost. I am sure they won't bring back the old menu items but we are not interested in dining in their test kitchen. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The food, however, was not terrific. We went in to get some lunch and when we were served our dishes, I cannot believe the size portions. I ordered a lunch size and it looked like an appetizer portion while my mom ordered a regular dinner size and it was more like a lunch portion that would be served at any local Chinese restaurant. I finished my meal in under 10 minutes because the portion was that small! It was like a kids size. If you're only a little bit hungry the small lunch portion size would probably be enough to get you going but no more than that. My mom didn't like the pad Thai she ordered. It upsets her stomach afterwards and that never happens to her when she orders the pad Thai somewhere else. I can't imagine why people were waiting in line for this restaurant on a Wednesday night. The food is horrible. Flavorless. I ordered Kung Pao chicken which had a "Spicy" indicator on the menu. It had absolutely ZERO spice and it was rubbery. It was so noisy in the restaurant I couldn't hear my husband right next to me. With tip, it was $70 for our meal and none of us finished because the food was so bad. Much better food at Panda Express for a lot less money and no waiting. read more

I was delighted to return, after moving away 8 years ago, to may favorite PF Changs that I went to for years. The manager, Mike, remembered me and that food was as fabulous as I had remembered!!! I had great service and the food was perfect!!! read more

I just want to preface this by saying that I am not one to write yelp reviews in general. But after tonight's experience, I feel like a review is necessary. To begin, we were asked by the host if we wanted to sit at a high top and we stated that we wanted a booth. Shortly after another host took us to our table, which was a high top. It wasn't a big deal, but it just was not comfortable. So I asked the hosts if we could move to the patio, they quickly moved us right over. After we sat, we did not get greeted for a minimum of 5 minutes. When our server came over she took our drink and appetizer order, she came back with our drinks and then didn't return until we were done with our appetizers. In that period of time, I unrolled my silverware and noticed both of my forks had food on them. Our server returned and took our entree orders. There were at least 6 dirty tables around us and every table that got sat after us were also unhappy with the service. We ordered fried rice with our entree and it had no flavor, it tasted like plain rice with vegetables and the spoon served with it also had food debris on it. Our server was nice enough to take the rice off our check, but then she dropped off our check without even asking if we wanted dessert (which I was so excited to eat). When looking at the check I noticed that the one of the prices seemed to be higher then the menu stated. After reviewing both menus on the table they had 2 different menus with 2 different prices (one had calories on it and the other didnt). Wow! Not Chinese food and not good. Too much salt and grease. We spent $60 on dinner and suffered from the poor quality.

If you like dining in a clean environment, do not go to here! I have been to the Park Meadows P.F. Chang's twice and both times the silverware and plates were dirty, definitely not going there again. read more

UGH....:/ so extremely disappointed in this P.F. Chang's and it looks like from reading the rest of the reviews I'm not the only dissatisfied customer! The Hubs and I went here for the first time last night for an early dinner so we got there just in time for happy hour which was nice:) ordered the lettuce wraps and they were ok...I have definitely had better and fresher! My husband ordered chicken and broccoli and I ordered their spicy chicken so when out entrees came I seriously thought it was a joke because of how tiny the portions were:/ I mean if we are expected to pay $15 bucks a pop for an entree I better be full at the end of my meal and go home with leftovers,which is what usually happens at every single Chang's that I have been to in any other state. This is a shout out to the waitress who waited on the group of high school students last Saturday night before their Winter formal. I've dined at Changs off and on for many years and love the food so we recommended it to our daughter as an eating place for her and her friends prior to the dance. Let me preface this by saying that these kids are polite, always say "please" and "thank you" and know how to act in a nice restaurant. They also know how to tip. That being said, the condescending, rude waitress who waited on them and treated them like a bunch of second class citizen's has convinced me that I will never return to this restaurant. You have no right to talk down to these kids, mock them when they ask questions about the menu or basically treat them like they are not welcome and don't belong there. The feedback we received from these kids is appalling and I hope it was worth it because you also have a large group of parents who will never dine at your restaurant again. read more

Three of us went for a birthday lunch at about 1:40pm on a Tuesday. From past visits we know that getting our drinks refilled and getting what we had ordered could be a issue,and it was. Two of us ordered white rice, yet we all got brown rice. No problem. I ordered grilled veggies, got steamed veggies. Waiter apologized and took the plate. Five minutes later he came back with the same plate with some sort of sauce over it. Veggies were mushy having been cooked twice! I refused the plate and ordered a quick salad. One ordered grilled salmon and asked for a sauce. Waiter said yes we have a very good special sauce just for salmon. Sauce was the same sauce used for their egg rolls. No biggie. Getting drinks refilled required grabbing anyone that walked by and so we did. At about 2:15, cooks, and waiters sat down across from us and ate their lunch. One had a pizza from California Pizza Kitchen. Another brought lunch from home. Something you might see at McDonalds, but not at a over priced wannabe upper scale restaurant. Finally we got desert - ordered coconut ice cream - VERY GOOD ! So good we ordered a quart to go. I also ordered sushi to go as well. When we got home the ice cream melted and we were shocked to see it was not a full quart, but about 1/4 full. There was no soy sauce, or ginger, or hot mustard, just the rolls. That was the last straw. We will not be going back....ever. read more
