Came to town late and looking for a place to have good Chinese food. Their crab fried rice( new menu item) is one of the best I ever had. This is one restaurant open late and that is one reason for me to come here their closing time in week days are 10pm! My girlfriend and I came here on valentine's day with no reservations around 1:30pm they where on a 30 minute wait. There was a couple seats at the bar so we decided to wait there. I ordered a red sangria and my girlfriend had some Moscoto they where both excellent in fact we ordered a bottle of Moscoto when we got to the table it was so good. We where sat within the 30 minute time frame. We started with the lettuce wrap appetizer and our server was kind enough to light the candle on our table. Food came out quickly expecially for how busy they where. I ordered some Mongolian beef with rice for my entree it was also very good. For dessert we had chocolate raspberry won tons. The whole time I was waiting for something to go wrong because they where so busy but my complements to the staff and management for running a very good business and being on top of everything during our visit it made our valentine's day very special. We were initially told a fifteen minute wait. Fine. 25 minutes even ok. 35 we approach the hostess to check to see approximate wait time. She explained that it was taking longer for people to leave. Again totally believable. She said we were the next 2 top to be sat. Six other parties of two later and here we are. Dinner might be good but after standing in line in a poorly run wait queue and you have to wonder what other inefficiencies do they have going on. read more

The food was tasty and the portions are pretty good. The price was not bad and service was good. I really liked the Beef A La Sichuan. PF Chang's is consistantly great. I actually eat the chicken lettuce wraps as a meal and they are awesome. I have had the sweet and sour chicken also and it was tasty. My absolute favorite are the tiny dessert cups. I love treating myself to a sweet and not having to eat a giant portion. We love the food here. The tempura green beans are fantastic as well as the crispy honey shrimp and chicken. Our server accidentally put in our order for the chicken, we asked for shrimp. Told a thirty minute wait on a Saturday night for two, which was fine. But then we were definitely forgot about, later being told the buzzers don't work outside the restaurant. Someone eventually came outside to find us and told us they had a table ready outside for us but then tried to seat us inside. So, felt like the hosts needed to get their act together a bit but we were eventually seated outside. Server was slow with their greet but pleasant the rest of the evening. Food was great! I usually am not comfortable eating at Asian restaurants because i have a tree nut allergy, and most Asian restaurants have a fair amount of tree nuts. I really appreciate the effort this establishment makes twords my allergy. I always feel comfortable and confident when i get my meal that it will be okay. I highly recommend if you have any sort of allergy or dietary restrictions, or if your just picky. The good is amazing too. I personally love the lettuce wraps and honey shrimp. Yum! read more

I told him I had a mushroom allergy and instead of finding out from the kitchen what I could have, he went ahead and placed the order and then came back 35 minutes later mentioning what we placed contained mushroom sauce and became a red flag to the kitchen. He wasn't helpful with the menu in navigating food suggestions, pricing, and allergy recommendation until after our food given . I had to personally get up myself to get a booster seat, my own alcoholic drink, and cutlery. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I hope they elevate their training in service. read more

I have seen three star reviews on this chain, but personally I like the food at PF Chang's. While it may not be "authentic" asain food, but it is very tasty. I have visited this particular one and another on Country Club Plaza in KC, MO. I like how attentive the waiters are and the personal service you get there. I always like to have them make my Chang Sauce, since I doubt I could get it to taste as good. My husband likes the honey shrimp and beef fried rice. I like the orange peel shrimp and the mandarin chicken. We both like the crispy wonton appetizer. We both enjoy the food and the atmosphere. read more

We tried to go on Saturday, arriving before 5pm. There was already an hour wait so we left and came back at 4pm on Monday. We were seated and greeted promptly. After that things began to go downhill. I have to eat gluten free and give props to PFC for having a fair GF menu. I asked for the spiciest thing on the menu, the GF Chang's spicy chicken. It was not spicy and tasted like sweet and sour chicken without the sourt but with extra sweet. I poured all the soy sauce and chili hot (not!) oil to try to kill the cloyingly sweet taste but nothing helped. My wife got the mu shu pork which they advertise as being wrapped right at your table. That must be a big thing to them but apparently not big enough to avoid the waiter turning his back to the table and you don't see anything but his ass. The table next to us got a nice show though. At least it didn't taste very good. The waiter was...efficient. Though they weren't terribly busy, he did everything as fast as possible. This is from their website: "to celebrate the tradition of chinese new year, p.f. chang's will give each guest who dines with us...a red envelope that contains a gift of good fortune." There were clearly two of us but we only got one card. I wasn't positive about the website wording or I would have called him on it. This place continues to provide hit and miss service. I made dinner reservations for 6 people at 5:30 on a Monday evening to celebrate my mother's birthday. Our waiter was not good. He could not have been less interested in taking care of our table. When he arrived at our table we asked if it was still Happy Hour. His response "If it's still before 6:00." I advised him that it was and then asked what their Happy Hour deals were. He had no idea and had to run off to go find a Happy Hour menu. Upon his return we ordered 3 glasses of wine, 1 beer, and 2 kid's drinks. 20 MINUTES LATER - I had to ask if they were ever going to arrive to our table. Our Happy Hour food arrived well before our drinks. For appetizers we ordered crab wontons and two orders of lettuce wraps - all were good. Entrees were fine as well. Really, we have never had an issue with the food. I did let our server know we were celebrating a birthday but that didn't seem to matter to him. We then ordered 4 desserts to share between the 6 of us. He took that order and within a minute, arrived with our check which included the desserts. Really? We aren't even done eating and haven't received our desserts yet and you are bringing us the check?! Was disappointed and sad that my mother had to celebrate her birthday at a restaurant that was so uninterested in making this a nice evening for her. I literally downloaded this app to post this review, because the service was that bad. That being said: My wife and I went in last week and had an awful experience. First, we made a reservation and it was somehow "lost". This isn't the biggest deal breaker because they apologized and then sat us as quickly as possible. When we were sat it took the waiter 15...15 minutes to greet us. And when he finally acknowledged us he didn't introduce himself or even apologize for the wait. He took our drink order and we also gave him our food order as well because we had plenty of time to think about it. Drinks came out pretty quick as well as the appetizers. The first round of food was fresh and hot. The problem was the main course came out literally 4 minutes after the appetizer but was mildly warm. My wife's drink was incorrect and she sat it at the end of the table and the waiter completely ignored the fact that she hadn't touched it. He didn't ask us how the food tasted or how the drinks worked out for us. We had to ask for the check because he didn't ask us if we wanted anything else or even if we wanted to pay. Oddly enough, the drink my wife ordered was on the check and we had to ask to have it taken off because it was completely wrong. Finally, my wife sent in an email to the company to express our frustration. She received a generic email that included a $25 gift card. We spent almost $70 and would have spent more if we would have been asked if we wanted anything else. We will never go back to any of the locations ever again. This was a failure on almost every level of service. There are many places that offer the exact same food for less money and less problems. read more
