From Chicago, first time at PFC in Mexico. This restaurant recently opened inside the Galeria mall. Here are some of my thoughts: -It is one of the most colorful, interestingly decorated restaurants I've ever seen--statues of soldiers, a pink tree, a large horse--very fun! -There are a lot of servers, and the service is good, but pretty slow. -We ordered spring rolls as our appetizer. My wife ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, my daughter-in-law got sushi, and I got the Kung Pao chicken. -We also ordered a kids' meal, which came in a cool box, and was a lot of food--rice, chicken, veggies, and fruit! -The spring rolls were the highlight for my daughter in law. They were different than I'm used to, not bad, but not quite as flavorful. -The chicken lettuce wraps were very good, reminded me of PFC in the U.S. -The kung pao chicken was a little disappointing, but the chicken was quite good, and the peanuts were tasty. We ordered the Lemongrass soup, Tom Kha soup and Pad Thai... all without any add-ons, just as is. All hit the spot for both of us. Ordering and delivery were simple and very fast. We don't normally do US chains here but chose this place. It was nice being in a US dining environment again after four months here. We started with two appetizers. The fried spring rolls and the dynamite shrimp. Both were exceptional. The shrimp were big with a sweet and spicy sauce. For an entree we chose the Pad Thai with chicken. Perfect serving size to share. We really enjoyed our meal and the service top notch. We will be back from time to time.

They are not very detailed so will forget sauces and some of my favorite menu dishes are missing here, but that's probably beyond their control.
