From Chicago, first time at PFC in Mexico. This restaurant recently opened inside the Galeria mall. Here are some of my thoughts:
-It is one of the most colorful, interestingly decorated restaurants I've ever seen--statues of soldiers, a pink tree, a large horse--very fun!
-There are a lot of servers, and the service is good, but pretty slow.
-We ordered spring rolls as our appetizer. My wife ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, my daughter-in-law got sushi, and I got the Kung Pao chicken.
-We also ordered a kids' meal, which came in a cool box, and was a lot of food--rice, chicken, veggies, and fruit!
-The spring rolls were the highlight for my daughter in law. They were different than I'm used to, not bad, but not quite as flavorful.
-The chicken lettuce wraps were very good, reminded me of PFC in the U.S.
-The kung pao chicken was a little disappointing, but the chicken was quite good, and the peanuts were tasty. Lacked the sauce to bring all the ingredients together.
