In the end Matt came out to assess the current state of the lawn and he was helpful and obviously very experienced. They drew up a recommended programme of treatment and have since been carrying it out, its been a few months already and the garden is looking great - definitely plan to keep renewing their services as I have had lots of family and friends green with envy
