Was very happy with the car we got, was in great condition and had a detailed log book with it. A couple of days before Christmas driving a few suburbs from home and something went wrong. It is a manual and suddenly it wasn't going into gear. Pulled over and contacted roadside assistance (they took +2 hours but that's another story). It was a Saturday afternoon and needed to tow it to a mechanic that was open (most weren't open being a Saturday arvo). We checked our contract and it was a couple of days past the warranty! We called the bloke up who sold it to us. He said we could have it towed to their shop and the mechanic who certified it would have a look on the Monday. Seemed like our only choice. Behind the scenes they got a hold of the mechanic straight away and he was ready to arrive and look at it that afternoon! By some Christmas miracle, the problem was not major. They managed to fix it for us that afternoon and they honoured the contract despite it being a few days. That's right. Just goes to show what a good bloke the guy is who runs the joint. Highly recommended for the great after service we were provided with!

I waited almost one month for the car to be ready because apparently it had a warning light on the dash that couldn't be removed I was told it "wasnt serious just annoying". I asked if I could change my purchase to another car I liked they told me it was sold but when I went to finally pick up the grand vitara the car I asked to change it to was sitting in the same spot it was one month ago. Anyway... After 3 months the cars issues began: the turbo was on its way out, the car would overheat randomly all the time until it stopped holding any water at all in the engine i rarely drove the car now the car won't start at all despite new batteries. I made many phone calls for assistance but was ignored and told we didn't pay for one years warranty and they couldn't help me.

4 February 2017 I…read morehave been looking at getting a car and had visited Mitsubishi Motor Group Epping. Initially I was on my own when I found some cars that I was interested in. I advised the sales person that I would not make any decision until my wife was happy and was able to test drive a car. Well we went there together on Saturday 4 February 2017 to take a car for a test drive. When the salesman approached us, we went inside and were offered coffee etc while we waited (nice gesture). Firstly we waited and we waited whilst they checked my Licence and then we waited whilst they checked my wife's Licence and we waited. During this time they were also doing a valuation on my car for trade in. We go outside ready for a test drive, but wait something still wasn't right so we waited some more outside in the hot sun before we were asked to go back inside. We then waited as they arranged for another car to test drive so we waited some more. Regardless to say we were not happy. Not only did we not get a test drive for a car we were prepared to purchase, we were also not given a valuation on my car. After over one and a half hours of waiting we were told they could not help us. Well if this is what they consider good service, I'm glad that I did not waste my money there even though they wasted my time and my wife's time. I will not be recommending this place after our experience today. Worst dealership ever.

They didn't tighten the wheels up before we drove it home and one of the wheels came off when we were on the freeway. They put a tray on for us but the bolts were loosened, and the mud flaps are loose. Be weary, they will pretend to be the nicest guys ever!
