Oce we did paper work we had to reduce our buying amount which was fine we just selected another car in our price range. The we were asked for a deposit. When we said we would not put any money to hold the car, we would take the chance that in 2 days no-one would purchase it, we have since been told that the loan can not go through, and maybe we should look somewhere else. So my experience with these types of dealers is not a good one. The bigger company's (Holden, Ford, Suzuki) are the most TRUSTED brands with reason! Once again if you Want to take the chance, dealing with matt would not be the best option.

They usually have the car ready at the agreed time and are also happy to drop me home if needed. There is an area where you can wait and watch tv and have a cup of coffee/tea as well which is good.

Can't blame them for that, but I booked an appointment to have it fixed, and when I arrived, they said they don't have the parts, and wanted to sucker me in to get my car serviced for 60km major service even though I've only done 25km instead. Now have to wait 3 weeks for parts, which they should have organised, and I've wasted a whole day. Terrible.

This is a small family owned car dealers, and the service was amazing! No pressure - no BS lines of excuse - just great friendly people who were extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They arranged the RWC on the spot, so I could take the car with me immediately, and when we got in to drive home, I was pleasantly surprised at the full tank of fuel they had put in, which was not there when we test drove earlier. I would highly recommend a visit to this yard if you are looking for a second hand car.
