DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY They are being investigated by the police for fraud. I live in Australia and booked a caravan from this company for a holiday at Rockley Holiday Park. On arrival from Australia I discovered that the caravan had not been booked even though I had paid by MasterCard some 6 months earlier. After some research I found that she (Paula Shepherd) is under investigation by the park management and has been banned from entering their premises. Furthermore, MasterCard is also investigating her under the pretext of failing to provide services as advertised. I do not expect to get my money back but the least I can do is warn others not to deal with this company or Paula Shepherd. read more
