I called receptionist & she admitted she did call insurance company & that he was covered. I asked how it this our fault. She said there is nothing we can do. Sorry! Mind you this was at Christmas. I e-mailed coorperate & no response. I never heard back so I thought they just dropped. We moved off base & another year later recieved another bill but it was collections. They turned us into collections & since my husband was secondary insurance it not only tacked on extra $ but they are trying to ruin his credit. Be so careful w/ this place. My husband is dealing w/ throat cancer now, so we don't need this extra stress.

So when i arrived and told the staff that i was here for my 1PM follow-up I was told i did not have appointment for today. I presented my appointment card to the to the Lady at the window, she looked at the card which clearly indicated that I did have a 1PM appointment for today. I was than told that i would have to reschedule and take another day off work. I informed that receptionist that my appoint should be honored, as staff errors or lack of knowledge on how to schedule appointments for patients. To make matters worse the receptionist refused to inform the head dentist DDS. S. White in an attempt to correct the issue by having my permeant crown put on today. leaving me flat out to deal with the pain. As a past administrative Assistant of a Substance abuse facility in New York City. I find that this kind of service is unprofessional and deplorable leaving the patient to seek emergency dental care elsewhere, in an attempt to cover up their incompetence. -3 Stars Gregory Webb.

Total hands on care in a 3 hour period in the dental chair was about 30 minutes my wife says. I was told by the Manager/Office receptionist that there is a 2 hour block of time allotted for my wife's procedure but there is only one dentist and she works with multiple patients at a time. So why the high missed appt fee if she was working with other patients also? We went to prior appt's only to find out that they were closed when supposed to be open but I didn't ask for a 100 discount? I asked to speak to the manager and spoke to the office receptionist, could be the manager also , I don't know, to no avail. no offer to discount the missed appt fee on next care or nothing, In addition, her temporary tooth was pressing against the next tooth and causing her discomfort for two weeks. In my case, All in need is a deep cleaning and was referred to another dentist who could do the job but was charged for an exam. Hmm referral specialists? Charging for care not actually performed but only referred out. Why go there if they're just going to refer? Overall not a good dentist practice in my opinion. This will probably be removed by them also we'll see.

When you push on the task bar there are no parts or pages it takes you to. They wanted me to print off paperwork for her visit but neglected to tell me that the paperwork was in a 24 hour porthole. What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment. They might be great dentists but I see where people would just be turned off by the technicalities. A functioning website is a must have in todays world and portholed paperwork??? whatever.

Third time, I was told they just received the check and that the person who sends out refunds would be doing them at the beginning of December. It is now January and I called and was told that they would call to get my check written for me. I'm trying to understand why it was not written in December when I was told it would be written. Still no explanation as to why I STILL do not have my money. They had zero issues taking my money. Why must I jump through hoops to get my money back??? And why can no one explain to me why it has taken over 3 months for me to get my money returned? I was hung up on and when I called back and tried to speak to the office manager, the girl that hung up on me got on the phone claiming to be the office manager.
