    Tomato pie

Came out quick, pretty tasty. Cracker thin crust, decent undercarriage, perfect amount of sauce. At twenty dollars a pizza this is a little more expensive than the usual fare but the quality is definitely there. Wonderful chew, lovely bright tomato flavor, a splendid time overall. Big fan, will definitely be returning.

I learned recently that Ozzy Apizza closed their location in North Hollywood. I wanted to come back to try their marinara pizza which is called "Ray Liotta". Marinara pizza is cheeseless pizza. Not many restaurants carry a marinara pizza. This place is special. LA County has plenty of NY pizza and Chicago Deep Dish pizza and Detroit style pizza. Ozzy Apizza is the only New Haven Connecticut style pizza in LA County. Please support this business.

The pizza here is delicious! I've been to their other location many times and it is consistent. Service is friendly, and the pizzas are made to order quickly. The quality is well worth it, the dough and toppings are fantastic! Great option for pizza in the area!

After arriving in Glendale and getting settled in, I was looking for a dinner spot close to the hotel. I hopped on the trusty Yelp app and came across Ozzy's Apizza. Even though they don't have a ton of reviews (they opened back in October of 2025), their rating is super high (4.9!). When I hopped on their website and saw University of Michigan grad Dave Portnoy reviewing their pizza, I was sold. Ambiance (4.5/5): Ozzy's is a little hard to find. It's located in the back of a beautiful outdoor patio. Look for the sign in the front and walk to the back until you see an outdoor pizza oven. I placed my order for takeout so I picked it up at the counter by the pizza oven. Had I stayed, it looked like an awesome place to chow down on some pizza and down some brews or cocktails. The patio has lights hung up and there's plenty of seating. Service (4.5/5): Since I ordered takeout, service wasn't a big part of the experience. I will say that ordering on their website was seamless and the guys working the counter were friendly. They proactively offered me some paper plates, parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper with my pizza. My 'za was ready when promised. All in all, no issues whatsoever. Drinks (N/A): I didn't order any drinks on this visit. Food (4.5/5): Now for the good stuff. Ozzy's started in New Haven, Connecticut and they've become pretty famous. They now have two locations in California, including this most recent one. The pizza is thin crust, which typically isn't my favorite, but boy was this some good 'za. I went with one of the more creative options on the menu: Tommy Want Wingy. Breaded chicken, red sauce, cheese, their homemade wing sauce, and ranch made this "wings" on a pizza concept. Their wing sauce is essentially a tangier and sweeter version of buffalo sauce. It's some good stuff but has some kick to it. The quality of the ingredients is there. All of the sauces were delicious. The breaded chicken was tender. The mozzarella was chef's kiss. It's the type of pizza you want to scarf down as quickly as possible. And this is coming from a guy who doesn't tend to like thin crust and typically prefers greasier pizza. My only knocks on Ozzy's is that you only get six slices (rather than the typical eight), and the pizza isn't cheap (though we are taking California prices). While the portion size could be better, and the pizza could be affordable, it's so good that they are still worthy of five-stars all-around.

I kinda like it when the employees bring the pizza and said that we beat the rush haha. I had bookmarked Ozzy's Apizza a while back and finally had a time to go! I did street parking nearby and walked over. It's in the Glen Arden Club and you just walk all the way to the back. Did not know what we wanted to try so asked for recs - we ended up getting a pepperoni idiot ($22) + Milty Rabbit ($25) We went to one of the outdoor yet covered tables and they had the TVs on the World Series games, so it was great atmosphere there. The pizza came by relatively quickly and we went for it. I liked the pepperoni red sauce pizza a bit more as the crust is a bit on the thin but not flimsy enough where everything falls apart- it's really sturdy! Flavor was great and I really enjoyed it. The Milty Rabbit (housemade garlic ricotta, Italian sausage, baby spinach, pecorino, and mozzarella) wasn't as good for me but it was a bit different in variety that the other. I think most people do take it to go and take it home, as there were a fair amount of people who came and went.

Great pies! Saw this place on social media and I say it meets the hype. Interesting setup. The Glendale location is all outdoor. Plenty of covered seating. It's a good place for groups. A few TVs to watch a game. There's also a small walk-up bar. I got the Bada Bing pizza. So good! Great thin crust, light crunch on the bottom. If you're a low-key fatty like me you can probably crush a whole pie by yourself. Will definitely be coming back to try more. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's street parking but you'll probably have to walk a block or two.

Ordered delivery form Ozzys and it was SO good! We ordered the Swanson pizza and it was the perfect size to split for 2. Very good! And look forward to ordering again

This pizza is amazing. It really is so good when fresh out of the oven. We have done pick up multiple times. The service is quick. Looking forward to dining in. The outdoor seating area looks great.

Full disclosure we did order takeout so I can acknowledge that it wasn't the freshest when eating it. But we did reheat it in our oven. I was craving New Haven style pizza and this definitely did hit the spot. It's for sure in the top pizza I have had in LA but did not exceed my expectations. If you live near the spot definitely worth ordering but I'm still on the hunt for the best pizza near my neighborhood.

Dropped by here one Sunday evening, cold seeping through my bones. Luckily, a hot pizza, cheesy bread, and a WARM heater saved me from hypothermia. The patio was clean with ample space. Staff, helpful and friendly, offering their recommendations. Thank you for saving me from hunger and the cold. I'll be back!

"The Keitel" -- not sure what Harvey Keitel has to do with Margherita pizza. But here's his namesake pie.

THE KING HAS RETURNED. There aren't a lot of quality pizza options in Glendale, so I'm glad to see this one back in action. It features the updated menu from the North Hollywood location in the classic Glen Arden club outdoor seating area. If you're looking for a thin, crispy pizza option this is a great choice--but perhaps your only choice for New Haven style pizza in town!

In the meantime we decided to take a look what there was around to go eat in the meantime. What caught our attention when looking online was the Bugolgi Pizza. We decided to head out there and try it out. We arrived and the shop was very clean. We were greeted with smiles on their faces. Once we sat we looked over the menu and decided what we were going to order. We ordered a Bugolgi Pizza and Korean Style Fried Chicken. ( We ate it before we thought about taking a picture lol.) The food was delicious, very good and presentable. The Bugolgi pizza toppings were the Bugolgi Beef, onions and green bell peppers. Absolutely like no other. There's no other place that we know of that has Bugolgi on pizza. The order of the Korean Style Fried Chicken (we got plain because of our daughter) . Our basket had some potato wedges, some deep fried dumplings, and the chicken. We also got some I believe radish side, ketchup and ranch. Everything in that basket stars! It was so good. We all enjoyed our meal. To top everything off. My fiancé and I were so amazed at their customer service. They pay attention to their clients, they want you to be satisfied. I played their claw machine and they hinted the best way to win a prize on it. They saw we needed an extra plate and they brought it out without asking. My fiancé was the one who was able to win a prize from the claw machine. Shortly after when, one of the employees ( I'm not sure if owner) blew up a little heart balloon and attracted it to the plushie for our daughter. After paying we headed out to the door and he went out of his way to say goodbye to us with a smile on his face as we left. We definitely will be back. Thank you Hello Pizza

Hello Pizza brings Korean-inspired pizza to the neighborhood. Love the unique flavors (bulgogi,…read moreBuldak, potato) and pizza styles (ie. sweet potato mousse gold crust) they serve up here. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I wasn't really a fan of their pizza dough, which to me, has a consistency of thin, dried, stale bread - that's just my personal opinion though. It didn't seem to bother anyone else in my party. I guess could round up to 4.5 stars 1. Bulgogi Gold Pizza (4.5/5) The bulgogi was marinated well and were evenly spread throughout each pizza slice. The base of this pizza is tomato sauce and it is topped off with onion, bell pepper and cheddar cheese. The gold crust of course if a layer of crispy melted cheese. The inside of the crust contains sweet potato mousse, which adds a slight sweetness to the palate. The combination works well. 2. Buldak Pizza (2/5) This is the newest item on their menu, so we had to try it. Love the concept of the flavor, but it just wasn't our favorite because it was too sweet. The bulk sauce is a Korean sweet and spicy sauce that kind of resembles BBQ sauce. We felt that the sweetness of the sauce overpowered everything, including the spicy part. The chicken was also too dry. I did like the stuffed cheese crust though as it had a decently cheesiness to it. It was good to try, but we will skip it next time. 3. Bulgogi Taco Pizza (5/5) What is there not to like about bulgogi and taco, let alone, in pizza form? The toppings are Korean marinated BBQ beef, chopped red onions, cilantro, and hot taco sauce. It was pleasantly savory and packed with flavor that's truly reminiscent of street tacos. 4. Potato Gold Pizza (5/5) If you are hungry and looking for a carb-heavy, yet satisfying bite, this is the pizza to get. It has tomato sauce base, topped with cheddar cheese, ground beef, strips of bacon, corn, onion, mushroom, sour cream and a slice of potato wedge on each slice of pizza. Of course, the crust contains the sweet potato mousse. The bacon and seasoned potato wedges really adds savoriness to this pizza. The corn and sweet potato mousse crust adds a tinge of sweetness. The combination of all the ingredients made our taste buds dance with happiness. Overall, I recommend Hello pizza to anyone who is wanting to venture to try new pizza flavors. It's a palate experience to remember!!!

It was my first time back since the event. Got here about 30 minutes before closing time. There was only one other customer at the time. Free parking behind the restaurant. Thanks Eddie for your service and help. During my order, I found out that their pizzas have a base cost which was about $19+. Depending on what flavors you want, they will charge $6.00 for each flavor you build your own. I wanted half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. Custom Medium would have cost me $31+ rather than $23+ for Medium Hawaiian Style only. I ended up with the latter and also got a regular Vodka Sauce Pasta. Total bill came to $38 including tax + tip. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Crust was thin. Sauce was tasty. Plenty of ingredients on pizza. Square cuts versus slice cuts. As for the Vodka Sauce Pasta, it didn't taste the same as before. This time it tasted bland as if it had plain marinara sauce only. Slightly disppointed about that, hence, 4 stars! I don't know when I'll be back to La Canada Flintridge as I'm usually not in the area frequently. When I do visit again, I'll have to try their other pizza flavors and pasta plus chicken wings.
