Okay so I'm unsure how to edit a review, which is why I'm making another.
I posted the review about Zacks customer service and not being able to get my ID number from him for the online ordering system.
I wanted to add the comments he made that bothered me; before i dropped the f-bomb i asked him how i was supposed to enter my id number to the website without my id and his response was "look at the sign." While pointing at a sign taped on the glass that basically stated replace ids, etc are to be done online. As i was reading it he wrote down the number for little rocks office and gave it to me. Which is when i stated "This is the f-ing dmv, why cant i just get it done here?" I wasnt yelling, however i was bit emotional considering i cry when frustrated and wasnt trying to breakdown in front of this man and the one other customer in the bulding. He then left his chair, walked around and told me to take my language outside (understandable)
At this point his rude, rushy, dismissive attitude had gotten me very upset, so i moved the plaque on the desk with managers number over a bit to take a photo of it, i wasnt sure wether or not id call and complain about him since i usually dont let things such as this bug me. However when i took the picture he snarkily replied "yeah go ahead get ypur picture. " i did and then he escorted me out, holding the door open for me and so i left. (I did also say "your customer service isnt very good buddy-boy as i left, which was also unprofessional and rude i will admit that. )
So i did end up calling the manager and she was super sweet and explained to me that they do renewals in office and replacements online. (Zack didnt say any of this to me) and that what he was supposed to do was give me my id number, she and little rocks number would not have been able to provide me with this number since it requires the person at the desk cerifying that i am the same person as in the previous id photo. She called and talked to him after i got off the phone with her, and i was able to go in there and have him give me my number.
I did not apologize since when giving me my number he looked very unhappy and instead of speaking to me motioned with his finger to come to the side of the desk for me to get it. I mean i do feel bad for not apologizing, however i felt as though he was being rude and lazy by giving me phone numbers, and not bother to take the time to explain things to me. All and all i hope i just caught him on a bad day before lunch and that he isnt this way towards people regularly. I did have a friend with me who knew him and also had not so great experiences with him though so im unsure.
Hopefully when i go in there again ill have better experience.
