Operation Mutt 22 invited some veterans and their dogs to join with Patriot Anglers on a trout fishing retreat in AK. We met George and he lead us on an amazing morning fishing trip in a torrential downpour. I personally caught more fish today in 2 1/2 hours of rain storm than I have ever caught in a full day of sunny weather fishing in Texas. Thank you George for a wonderful trip and a wonderful experience. And thank you for your service, sacrifice and dedication to our country and freedoms. read more

Called a day ahead about getting a casting lesson, was told if I came in any time in the afternoon the next day we could do one. I showed up the next day around 2 told the guy working there I was supposed to have a class and he told me "you didn't talk to anyone here and I can't help you" so the drive was a waste of my time as well as being lied to and looked down on for showing interest in it. I'd recommend YouTube and learning yourself before trying this place read more

George was very helpful and taught me a lot about fly fishing. Great guy. Cant wait to return and have him take me out on a trip.
