OMG The difference between the people at the front desk at Shepherd Spring versus over here like night and day. She tried to then say it could be seizures. I researched and said I think the anal glands are impacted by her symptoms. Turns out it was impacted anal glands. They then charged me another $200. BEWARE. She tried to gaslight me and say it wouldn't cause her symptoms, but the infection from it does. It's a shame when Drs can't admit their mistake.

What cat is not stressed out riding in a carrier? Anyways, turns out he was a little chunky, which she was angry about. She then said she was going to put together an estimate for the neuter of our kitten and then left. A tech walked in with the estimate for the procedure, and when I had questions it was the tech who answered them, not the veterinarian. I felt a little lost because they quoted 2 prices, one of which was $619 and the other was $756 for a basic neuter! They then told me I needed to schedule the surgery and basically shoved me out the door. I called around to other vet hospitals and they said the neuter would only cost $150 to $250 with everything included! Needless to say I canceled the neutering with this practice. I would not suggest going here, they are overpriced, to say the least, and did not make me feel welcome.
