This Review may only represent one Unethical attorney Tahney R who has steered her Incompetent Veteran client out of resolution. She helped him get family home into further litigation and Foreclosure of their home and family's once decent networth into near negative. Owenby or maybe just Tahney Roundtird should stay away from mentally ill TBI VETERANS who VA had Rated with decision making problems & assigned caregivers to protect them from Abusive law firms or attorneys like this. Roundtird should Stay out of family law & Veterans matters. Court viewing is highly recommended before you hire someone to Hem&Haw and Moan their Incompetence to judge they 'FORGOT' something again, didn't tell their Disabled vet client about hearing. Hence, the next tactic Abuse the judicial system: with Immoral Unethical court Theater and demands. If you believe mothers should be Incarcerated for standing up for Homestead rights and personal human rights Tahney R is the cl Own to abuse women and Reduce your net worth significantly at $700/+hr to stalk and Moan her bad theatrics in court . "Ooohhh, your Honor, Oooh your honor .." for absolute real She makes Abusive requests for Incarceration - that is Taahneys tactic. - Not help close a Divorce when the family accumulated very small wealth from Military service. She is Not in any way a 'Mothers Rights' attorney as she advertises but stands for Abusers Rights just like her character. She will keep you in Unnecessary Litigation and play off the mentally ill veterans VA deemed paranoia just so she has the appearance of 'Winning' not serving families or veterans and Harming the Kids in the long run is her Trademark. Interestingly, first attorney had matchy knuckle tattoos like husband and suddenly disappeared when this was brought up. So I wonder if Owenby Represents/condones this behavior of their attorneys or Tahney is gravely out of line and Not in her clients best interest? Either way they are responsible for their attorneys read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Carleshia Jeanine Jimerson and the representation she provided me. From beginning to end, she was professional, prepared, confident, and genuinely committed to making sure I was properly represented. What impressed me most was her command of my case. When it mattered most, she remembered an incredible amount of detail without having to constantly rely on notes. She knew the facts, understood the issues, and was able to advocate for me clearly and effectively in court. Watching her work made it obvious that she had taken the time to truly understand my case rather than simply treating me like another client or case number. Ultimately, her preparation, knowledge, and advocacy helped lead to a very favorable court ruling, and I am extremely grateful for the work she put into representing me. Going through a legal matter can be incredibly stressful, and having an attorney who is knowledgeable, prepared, and confident makes a tremendous difference. Carleshia gave me confidence that my side would be heard and that I had someone in my corner who knew exactly what she was doing. I would absolutely recommend Carleshia Jeanine Jimerson to anyone looking for an attorney who takes her clients seriously and is ready to advocate for them when it counts. I was frustrated at the being dropped by my previous Attorney and felt that I may not get anywhere. I was assigned Mrs Sandy Millington to be my attorney.
