The most excellent solicitors, barristers, caseworkers ( except for Gabriella Slater )…read more I have a lot of experience dealing with the solicitors. The most proper, absolutely excellent legal support, help and representation I witnessed performed by Duncan and lewis Shephards Bush. Out of a total excellency in performance stood up the most Juily Chowdhury. She understood my situation and the specifics of my case on personal level. She selflessly spent extra days and months helping to have my case represented to the Court which helped us to win our case big time!

I was working full time with 3 young children under 10. I was involved in a serious car accident…read moreand charged with causing death by dangerous driving. I found a solictor and paid £3000 ( all my savings) for him to represent me at magistrates court, after which he told me to plead guilty and accept a reduced prison sentence. Scared, anxious and confused I walked home in tears. Later, my brother in law recommended Joseph Hill, he made an appointment for me to see them and the owner Joseph Hill personally met with me and reviewed my case. At short notice he decided to take on my case and help me. I left his office feeling hopeful for the first time in months. Joseph sought the best representation for me and treated me as if I was a memebr of his family, any time I had concerns or worries he was just a phone call away to give me reassurance and encouragement to carry on. I went to trial with the best barrister I could have hoped for and I lost the trial. I was found guilty. Jospeh Hill was devastated. So was I, but I couldn't fault my barrister, It happens and sometimes we don't get justice even with the best representation. At that point I had resolved within my heart that I would be going to prison was preparing myself for a custodial semtence, but Joseph was hopeful at my sentencing hearing I received 2 year suspended sentence, 2 year driving ban with an extended re-test and £3140 court fine and 300 community unpaid work. I was overjoyed and thanked Jehovah God for moving the heart of the judge to show mercy on me. Before my trail, throughout my trial and afterwards I have found Joseph Hill's service to be exceptional. This firm treats clients as if they were family, they are honest, caring, supportive and professional, they did everything within their power to secure the best outcome for me. I would'nt be here now with my children if it wasn't for them I am eternally grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who needs legal assitance.

Each time I attended court, I was met with a different representative that knew nothing about my case. They would read my notes in front of me, and didn't really care whether I won or lost. They seemed to be more interested in keeping the judge and CPS happy than arguing my case. End result? I got prosecuted and fined for a crime I DID NOT commit. These solicitors said it wouldn't be worth appealing as I could get a larger fine. They said just accept a criminal record to a crime I repeat I DID NOT COMMIT! My faith in the British Justice System is shot to pieces. My faith in Joseph Hill & Co is the same. I would never use them again if ever I have any legal issue to deal with. Stay Well Clear!

Don't be fooled by their office. They share it with a completely different company which might give you the impression the firm is quite big - WRONG! Two man team and not even a secretary. If you have to use them, make sure they explain what they intend to do for you thoroughly and how it will be done otherwise you will go to court unprepared and most likely lose your case. You will find yourself having to do 90% of your defence work whilst they listen to your story, pay some novice/pupil barrister relative peanuts a day before court to defend you at the last minute and walk away with your money and sit on a beach somewhere laughing. Don't waste your money or gamble with your freedom or criminal record here. They are lucky I didn't go to the ombudsman.
