I found this owner/operator's web page through a Google search, and I left a couple of voicemails close together. He called back after doing 9 jobs all night long, and promised to come at 11:20am the next day. He arrived early and spent a long time, like at least 30 min. doing the whole area in front of my house with his high powered scrubber and high temp water/steam.
