We finally got them in several days later and the job was only half fixed. Next time we needed work done we called on a Sunday and were told we'd get a call back the next day. No call back so we called again on Monday. Same thing happened. As of Wednesday still no call. They do decent work if it's a big job but for something smaller they say they will call and show up and they don't. Not bad work when they bother to show up.

I love how he is listed on the Better…read moreBusiness Bureau with an A+ rating, which really gave us peace of mind knowing we were working with a legitimate contractor/business. Lens communication during each phase of the home renovation project was excellent, always sending us pictures of the progress when asked. He was very up front about costs and there were no 'hidden extras' of any kind. The workmanship was very high quality also. From ripping up sub-flooring, replacing drywall, plastering, painting, replacing doors, fixtures, knobs, tubs, toilets etc. Everything was very well executed. He provided suggestions on what to do, and even suggested ways for us to cut back on labor and material costs. And above all else, he even went out of his way to help us with some appliances even when he didn't have to and made sure he left the job site clean and tidy. I would 100% be confident in recommending Len's home improvements for any work you need done with your property, inside or out. We are so happy we choose Len and his team of professionals and will continue to use them for other work we have coming in the future. Great job guys! A+
