In addition to emails and pictures I told him before beginning my shoot that my company was very picky and needed images to be exactly like the examples provided. They were not even close and were rejected. He then went back and edited them , again not what I said was needed. His written response was to have our in house photographer attempt to correct them. We have had to use another photographer. He is now refusing to refund the money paid to him! He's saying all shoots are for services rendered , however there is no contract stating that. Stay away from this person! He is now offering a reshoot but knows , based on written documentation that we are past our deadline and cannot do reshoots . He is also saying there was a breakdown in communication prior to the shoot which can be proven incorrect, again with written documents.

Her photography speaks for itself--fresh, unique, an ode to a bygone era. She was able to capture the unspoken, and that alone holds great significance. While capturing our wedding day was of great importance to my husband and I, we weren't well versed in wedding-photography...at all. We knew Shannon was professional, and we allowed her to direct us, and what she needed of us. She knows exactly what she has to do and when she has to do it (If you have a wedding planner or day-of planner, she can coordinate with him/her as well). A huge thanks to Shannon for thinking outside the norm and capturing our vision, even before we knew what that vision was. If she has an idea, she runs with it. I must commend her on simply taking charge and shooting what she needed to shoot (simple things like rings, flowers, vintage handbags, etc.). The afternoon of our wedding day, I remember standing in the foyer of the house we were living in. Shannon walked in, said her "hello's" and started looking for places to shoot. While we were getting ready, she asked for particular sentimental items of mine and photographed them. I would have never thought to capture such beautiful emotion, and she did it with ease.
