This is a great place for tshirts, hoodies, and other miscellaneous souvenir items. They have a little bit of everything, and their prices are good compared to the shops we hit on the boardwalk. This outlet is in West Ocean City just off Route 50, a couple miles across the bayside bridge from the beach, on the way to Assateague Island. My wife, daughter, and I all got printed hoodies. Pick the hoodie you want, and all print graphics of Ocean City or Assateague are printed free. They also have tons of other graphics that you can purchase for an additional fee. They probably had about 50 or so OC graphics, so plenty to choose from. Not sure why other reviews I've read for this place were so bad, but our experience was great. The employees took great care to make sure the graphics were lined up correctly on our hoodies (we got left chest and full back graphics) and that we were happy with the way they turned out. My wife didn't think to try hers on when we bought it, and it ended up being a bit small. She took it back the next day and they happily made her a new one for an even exchange. The hoodies are priced differently depending on the style, but ours were 20 bucks apiece, or 2 for $38. I thought that was reasonable, especially considering that you can apply your own graphics. I would shop here again for souvenirs if we return to Ocean City. read more

Great place for souvenirs and custom t-shirts. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Pricing is really better then anything on the boardwalk. Hours are very convenient. They have towels, custom t-shirts, custom clothing, bathing suits, hats, umbrellas, sunglasses, inflatables, squishies and lots of souvenirs!! We come here every year on vacation and they always have new items and great service! read more

We accidentally left some items behind and called to tell them we didn't get them and they said they couldn't help us. My bill was $175 and Iam missing about $90 worth of sweatshirts and shirts. It's the last time iam going there which is a shame because we've been shopping there every year for about 5 years. read more

The owner is a horrible person who does not know how to run a business. He made a huge mistake on a shirt and he would not fix it and then he wanted me to buy another one. HE REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. This place is garbage!!! read more

My kid wanted a pair a of sweat pants in medium with Ocean City on them they only had one medium left in the whole store they made them up and they were made incorrectly, the pattern faded out in half way through Maryland and when confronted about the fading they got an attitude with us about it. We politely asked them for a little discount on the pants since the kid really wanted them and by no means were we nasty the clerks were speaking another language which I didn't like and the manager threatened to call the cops on us needless to say we left the pants there. DON'T BUY FROM THEM QUALITY IS NONEXISTENT!! read more

Usual stuff but there is a male worker foreign accent that follows you around, right in your face, tries on stuff right in front of you while you at trying to talk. Very weird really made is feel uncomfortable. Left the store. Would have purchased what we were looking at otherwise. read more

I had a Bike Week shirt made up and asked for a medium and large 100% cotton to try on. Picked one and the clerk made it up. Looked fine till I was on the road home and noticed it was a 50/50 blend which I hate! I tried to call the number on the receipt and a number I found online. Neither number works, imagine that. I did NOT want a refund, just to get a new shirt made up. My sister in law stopped by the store this weekend and the male foreigner worker REFUSED, said Bike Week is over. We bought it during SUNFEST so it was over then too. I've shopped there for years. Wait till I see that prick next year! read more

Very hard to communicate with employees. Very unprofessional and careless. Giving back back massages to each other while sitting in the middle of the aisle. Although the free screen printed decal on a plain shirt was good, it was VERY hard to find a plain shirt without a hole in it. Overall not a good experience. read more
