The report that comes after, is very detailed and really informative. I love the fact the inspection report stays online on housemaster website (the cloud). It will allow us to update our home and any improvements we make throughout the years. I would suggest a better secretary whom answers the phone. Not informative at all. I felt like she did not answer certain questions (perhaps she did not know, or was pre-occupied). However first impressions are everything and I truly almost went somewhere else, because of her. However, I loved the reviews I read, the website was informative too. Referrals will come, but again....a helpful first communication point.....is very important!

Now that an issue has arisen, I'm even more grateful to have used Sage Home Inspections. Norm came out in person to look at the dishwasher and referred me to an excellent company to begin the repairs. My spouse decided to be present at the inspection. From the very start Mike Conley broke a 2year old spigot and a huge amount of water came out and he tried to blame it on The Who ever originally put it on. Worked for two years and a week ago. Had an attitude when we stated he will be supervised throughout his inspection. He even suggested joist hangers, when a Beam would be recommended. Then after the inspection, Mike apologize and admits that there was no noticeable rust on the Spigot and did not know what happened. He showed up 40 min early on purpose. They do this to try to mess with things out of their allowed boundaries but lucky we were here. I told my Spouse to give him space while he conduct his inspection but after he broke things. Being a disabled veteran myself, I chose…read morethis business because it is veteran owned and operated but they simply hide behind this to mask their inexperience and poor business ethics. With 20 minutes of the inspector beginning he had fell/stepped through the ceiling of the house we are waiting to close on. Tried to make good on it by running out and buying supplies to fix it but after stating they needed to use their insurance to hire an actual professional they refused. The work looked suspect from the one photo they sent. Instead the owner became combative with my realtor over insuring an adequate fix and was told they owed us, the buyers, nothing since they had given us our home inspection report and our contract was closed. However, also not true. We had not received our report, over 24 hours later after Julian the owner lied to our realtor that we had received our report the day before which was either a bold face lie or misrepresentation of facts. We the buyers had to point out multiple things the inspector missed due to laziness or inexperience and then lied when confronted. It's been 2 days now and they won't return my call to include the missed items into their inspection. Shortly said, stay very far away from this company!!
