I was visiting Puebla for a week, and needed urgent repair for my eyeglasses. I did not bring my prescription with me, yet they offered me a an eye exam, completely free of charge. The customer service was so good I also ended up buying a pair of sunglasses. Oh, and did I mention they were able to deliver my new glasses the very next day in the morning? read more
