I purchased a Fish Cat 4 Deluxe about 4 year ago and have since sprung a slow leak that's been the devil to detect and repair. I figured I'd just buy a replacement bladder, and the factory graciously offered to send it to me for free. The service is unparalleled, and I will continue to buy Outcast products since I'm confident that I'll get support when I need it.
Other than that slow leak, I've been very happy with my float tube. Great product, world class customer service.
I wish all American companies modeled their customer service after Outcast. read more
