Don't recommend. I inquired about a consulting appointment and was quoted a price for 45 minutes…read more The accountant asked me to send all of my questions beforehand, which I did in great detail. I was then provided with details of how to pay. My appointment arrived and the accountant tells me that they won't be able to answer half of my questions because they are related to services provided by the company. That's fair, but it would have been far more honest to tell me that before I paid you to answer those exact questions. Much of the appointment was spent trying to sell me their monthly/annual service which I had already clearly declined in favor of a one time consulting service. Then the accountant told me that I had paid for a 30 minute appointment but that I could extend it to 40 minutes as needed. The one positive note is that I was able to get some helpful information regarding half of my questions. Overall I am not satisfied and feel the company was dishonest, or at the very best, they are disorganized and don't pay much attention to the details of customer inquiries.
