We got an Outback gift card over the holidays and decided to order take-out. Ordering with the app was super easy and the food was done on time. Server that brought it to our van was great, very friendly! The food was good, about what you would expect. My son got a bone-in Ribeye and said that it was cooked to good temp and the seasoning slapped. I got cheese fries and I asked for extra ranch and they gave me like 5 things with no charge. With everyone charging for everything lately, I think that this was a pretty classy move by Outback. My daughter got the blooming shrimp and she liked it a lot, I tried it and it was really good. The dipping sauce is nice. Overall, great experience and will definitely be supporting this Outback moving forward. read more

Surprisingly we stopped in for lunch at Outback and it didn't disappoint . Our server was awesome " Brandon " (?) and the restaurant was super clean. The " Outbacker Burger " served with Aussie fries was good but next time I will get it without mustard , it was served with a heavy hand , and I prefer to put my condiments on. The star was the blue cheese pecan salad which was the bomb. The tang of the vinaigrette , crunch of the pecans and dried cranberries all complemented each other really well. This salad reminds me of Holiday Salad! The big bloke of "Bloomin' Blonde Ale " for $5.00 (22 ounces) and complimentary "Bushman Bread" was the icing on the cake. Good job Outback! read more

Been coming here for over 20 years and I've never had a bad meal here. I always get the Sirlion, with a ranch salad, and a fully loaded baked potato and I could not recommend it enough. I know most of the servers by name and they are incredibly friendly. I can't recommend this place enough! read more

Always good to get the all you can eat, soup and salad lunch deal. But I went for the lunch steak and salad with mixed steamed vegetables. I'm so glad I didn't have to send the steak back. Texas roadhouse is notorious for having to send it back but Longhorn and Outback do a descent job on the correct temperature. The only issue we had that kinda stunk was a girl named Leo, I believe, brought out the food and asked if we needed anything and I said ketup, but never came back with it. If they ask you if you need anything else they should get it. Plus they weren't busy at all I think 5 tables had people sitting at them. By the time the waitress returned I was nearly done and didn't need the ketup anymore. Our waitress was awesome but a meeting with the food runner should be addressed. read more

Honestly, I think Outback is the only chain restaurant that I frequent dine in and curbside pickup. Their steak and seafood is consistently good and while most of the time the steak is a tad over the order temp, I don't mind because I like my food well done or always over cooked than under cooked. Went last night @6PM. Same bartender as always who is fantastic and worth going in. Service impeccable. Very clean, courteous staff, well staffed, food comes out quick. Ate at the bar, bartender is fantastic. Disappointed last 2 times with prime rib and rib eye so I had the lobster tail filet mignon combo and it was awesome. The food and service were great. The fact that they charge for a soda refill is crazy and cost them a star. A $3.49 glass of fountain soda should include refills like most restaurants do. If a place sells cans of soda, a guest should be charged for a second can. But not when it's served in a glass from a soda dispenser. read more

Although I travel to Salisbury often it's probably been 6-7 years since I've been back to this Outback. My last visit left a bad impression. I was hesitant to go back seeing mixed reviews on Yelp. It is rather shocking how difference the food can be from one location to another. We love the Outback in West Ocean City. Here, not so much. The quality is no where near as good here. The chicken in the sandwich was soggy-no crisp on the batter at all. The blooming onion was not crisp enough throughout. The chili was watery and tasted like it had not been cooked enough. The steak sandwich had a lot of gristle. Nothing was bad per se, just so inferior of our experience in OC. The service was just as great. So... management problem? Chef problem? Training problem? So we went to outback last night for my birthday , my choice, but I guess I should have listened to the family. They wanted to go to the Juicy Bucket and I wanted a nice steak dinner! The service was great but the food .... Not so much... there were four of us and not one of us enjoyed our meal nor left satisfied! Food came out quickly is the only positive about today's experience. I chose Outback because it was close by home and had the items I was craving: a salad and a crab cake. I ordered a new menu item the crab balls with the remoulade sauce and a side salad with extra cheese and dressing. The crab balls were orange inside with no taste or appearance of crab meat anywhere not even artificial. I've never seen an orange crab. The salad was good but no extra dressing. I used to dine here and order frequently. That is over now. The last five orders have had significant problems. This time, we ordered two filets, medium rare. One is so rare you can barely even cut it, the other is as well done as a hockey puck. You have ONE. JOB. A steakhouse should not FREQUENTLY have problems with improperly cooked steak. Especially when we can't send it back to the kitchen, because we don't want to wait another HOUR to eat. We ordered our food through the takeout. It was fast and delicious! The sandwich was AMAZING! ! The ribeye was so tender and plentiful. They gave you two large slices of meat. The cooked onions and cheese just melt in your mouth. The bacon was extra crispy and everything went so well together. Where have you been all my life! This is usually one of my favorite spots but tonight when visiting, they gave me literal undercooked --raw chicken wings. When I brought it to their attention the said owner Joe, explained that he would not be taking it off our bill for the inconvenience and further more never attempted to apologize, check on us anymore throughout the visit or even offer us a dessert! the food was excellent as was the service, however when walking into the Resteraunt, the rugs on the floor were covered with lint, dirt, etc. It did not make a nice impression at all. The Mac and cheese was freezing cold, the steak was cooked incorrectly TWICE and I was given a 6oz instead of a 9. Spend a little more time and drive to the Ocean City location. We love Outback. However, this restaurant does not stand out. When going out to eat, bc of this locations poor quality on numerous visits, its not a contender anymore. The food consistently disappointing. Over cooked, gristle, fatty, small cut steaks, dry chicken, very small salads filled with yellow chunks of romaine lettuce and short on dressing. And should there be an extra charge for the little roach guest that joined our party on top of the booth. We had to be moved. It was a little embarrassing even when we whispered it to our waitress. I had not eaten at an Outback in years, but my fiancé was craving a steak so we gave it a try. The service started out good. Our waitress was very nice and prompt with drinks and taking our order. Unfortunately it was all downhill from here... It took nearly an hour for our food to come out, which was barely warm when it arrived. My fish tacos were so-so and came with a very small portion of fries. My fiancé ordered the 14 oz ribeye. According to him, it was very small, dry, and gross! We could've cooked this meal much better ourselves at home. Way too much money for bad food and we won't be returning to Outback again. read more
