Their location is just up the road from our camp and I first brought my car there after hearing strange tire noises during the long ma$$hole commute up I-95. It took them all of 5 minutes to figure out that the boston-area shop that had swapped in my snow tires had forgotten to torque the bolts on one tire and it was dangerously unsecured. They refused to take any money and sent me on my way after tightening things up. Same thing happened to my GF - she brought her car there for something that ended up being trivial and got taken care of without being charged. I think the first time we actually were able to pay them money was when family members from the naples/sebago region took a truck in to get looked at. They did a great job for a reasonable price. Today took the cake though. Freakin labor day 2011 and my car won't start in the driveway at our camp. I was 80% sure the fancy-pants keyless starter or ignition system was messed up when I called them. I figured I'd try a jumpstart and if that did not work I'd ask for a tow into their shop or the dealership. They drove to my house. On labor day. Got the car started and then tried to wave away an offer of payment. After all the other times they treated us so well I had to refuse and actually push some money on them before they left. Highly recommended.

Tyler spent over an hour with us as several people were coming into the store. He never made us feel rushed and he addressed my questions as much as my husband's. He was very knowledgeable, patient and applied no pressure to purchase a sled. The store had a great inventory to choose from. He gave us several printed pages of information to compare similar sleds. It was one of the best interactions we have had with a sakes person. Once home we checked the reviews on their website and MSP had over forty, 5 star reviews. Can't wait to return to purchase a sled from Tyler.
