A family of five with kids aged 11, 15 and 18, with riding experience ranging from "some" to terror at the sight of a horse, we have reserved with M. Oudin a couple of days in advance. Bernard was kind, warm and full of stories. He started out by a brushing session, allowing the more fearful a chance to be acquainted with the horse he has matched them with. This was followed by a short session in a closed yard (where the slightly more experienced got a chance to show off in front of the rest), and then we set out for a lovely trail in the forest. We don't speak french, but we could easily communicate in English (being a foreign language for us too). The whole encounter was of 3 hours, leaving everyone happy, and the price was 46 euro per person. read more
