Because she cannot drive I flew from California to Portland and rented a car to pick her up and drive an hour to get to the appointment. I told the woman on the phone when I made the appointment I would be traveling from California to get my mom there. When we arrived there they charged our card and there were no signs of anyone remembering the appointment I made a few days prior. We waited around to find out that Corey Blake was not coming. They didn't tell us until we already waited past the appointment time. No call, no notice, no apology from him. I Took work off, paid over 1k in travel expenses and was met with a "sorry he's not coming". Horrible experience.
