It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night, and I called the only Locksmith in the local listing, and the only others were in Jackson or Riverton. No answer and his messages were full. I called my oldest son, who is a locksmith, for his input. He said to call a towing service or maybe the local Sheriff. I found Troy, who answered his phone, and I described my predicament. He told me that he was no lock expert but would come and see if he could help me. We wrestled with it for over an hour and finally got in after waking up everyone in the hotel with my car alarm. He disconnected my battery, we folded forward the back seat and and my little lady crawled in with a flashlight and retrieved the Keys. I was 1600+ miles from home with 2 granddaughters and panicing, so finding courteous, professional help at such short notice was nothing short of a Godsend, a miracle in Ford Diesel, that's what he was. We recently had some work done to an other vehicle and I had serious sought as the the validly of their claims and struggled going back there for a simple recall they were to perform. In doing this they had plug the truck into a hand held diagnostic computer and I was charged 185 for that before any work was done at all to the car. Spare yourself the time and money and go to A1 auto parts they will plug your vehicle in for free and sell you some DEF for a fraction of the cost.

What a God sent Ryan & his staff are. Knowledgeable, courteous, & efficient. We had to wait for the "specialized" tires my Ford - Flex requires. Ryan accommodated me in his lot overnight. Auto Doc was recommended to me by a local auto parts store. The guys read the computer codes and inspected for leaks....nothing. No dipstick on my car, so ended up draining the oil to see how much was in the system. Turns out there was a faulty sensor and there were 8.5 qts in a 5 qt system! The company I work for has been providing aviation support to USFS Firefighters for the last 45…read moredays. Based out of Pinedale. My company truck, the aircraft fuel truck, developed a serious coolant leak during our first week here. Without that truck the aircraft is nothing more than a 2 million dollar paper weight. Contacted "Dusty", the owner of D&L, and explained the situation. He immediately made time to inspect and diagnose the specific problem. Repair would take a day and a half to complete. In that we were coming up on a two day break, starting the next day, he had the parts required to do the repair shipped overnight. Truck was repaired during our break period, meaning we were never "out of service" on our fire support contract. Quality workmanship, excellent customer service and at a very fair price. Highly recommend D&L.
