There are usually plenty of offers available to make your purchases better value, and there are plenty of good ideas for Christmas or birthday gifts. Cons When we selected two books on a 'buy one get one half price' deal, the offer didn't come up on the till and the sales assistant wouldn't believe us about the deal until we went and got the ticket and showed her. We didn't appreciate this. We also found it very difficult to find any staff to help us.

The shop has a large magazine section with a good variety of titles. Items in this shop are often overpriced and you can find them cheaper elsewhere, eg CDs, DVDs, and stationary. There are plenty of staff on the shop floor but I think they could do with more on the tills.

Im not sure if theres not enough staff or if they are just really slow at serving as there is always a long wait at the till. Id rather avoid this store and go to Paperchase down the road if im looking for a greeting card.
