I have been using OT for many years and have found that they do excellent work. From the start the communication is timely and informative. I have had several reps over the years and they are all amazing. The finished product is top notch and shows great craftmanship and quality. read more

Elaine is amazing to work with and the variety in product is amazing. Our players wear on the field and for our fans as well.

We were in a bind and Kyle at OT Sports bent over BACKWARDS to ensure we "got it right" for our team and sponsors. We've had a great experience with them and plan to use them again. read more

Ordered Cape Cod League gear. Still don't have it a month later. The bigger problem is that I have NOT received responses to any of my emails or phone calls over the last two weeks asking for an update. Awful customer service. Guess my son and I won't be wearing Hyannis Harbor Hawks gear to their games this season. Sad. Next step is to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back. read more

Poor customer service, misleading information on deliveries - multiple weeks late. Leaving me with 125 kids with no uniforms for games!

I started using OT Sports a decade back and after a few years of dealing with their poor communication and quality control (receiving the wrong jersey sizes, names and numbers), I began using Athletic Knit. After several years of using AK with no issues whatsoever, i was told OT had worked out their issues. I liked the idea of buying a product made in the US, so i gave OT another try. The very first order I placed, I could not get a response from the sales person and the order was delivered over a month late. I gave them another shot and true to form, the next order was missing some of the decorations I ordered. I have tried to contact my sales person several times to get a refund for the items I was charged for and didn't receive and still have yet to receive a response. Bottom line is OT actually makes a decent product, but their lack of quality control and customer service is in a league of its own... and from what I can tell, the entire staff doesn't seem to care. I'm done. read more

I only have them 2 star because you can't give them ZERO. I Wouldn't ever use this company! Sales person made promises to get my business, then 4 days before scheduled delivery informs me that their "machines broke down" " my tanks are marked priority" AND I will get them three weeks late, which means three weekends of tournaments with no uniforms, and that my friends is half the summer session! read more

OT Sports designed and shipped uniforms to our entire organization. And with over 400 players, that was a big job! They customized each order for each player. Their customer service was fantastic and they accommodated all of our needs. Our experience was seamless. Based on other reviews, it appears that OT Sports has worked out any pervious kinks. We look forward to a long relationship with this fantastic company! read more

This company makes custom team uniforms for the MLL and other lacrosse organizations in the country. Our hometown club with 125 players made a deposit and drew up a contract for uniforms way back in January with a promised delivery date of March 13. It's now March 26th and we've gotten nothing but the runaround from them and our season starts this weekend. I guess because we are not a Major League Lacrosse team, we don't matter to them. We paid registration fees for our kids, on time(!), because the org needed that money to buy the uniforms. Now, we have no uniforms and they don't care. Horrible customer service!! read more

Awful company ordered uniforms paid for them and now won't have them to open the season. Broken promises disappointed kids. Bad customer service. read more
