He asked me if I was there with someone else who had coincidentally tried to buy the same brand of cigarettes but had been turned away. I told him no since I was with my wife headed out for the night. He then asked if I was sure I confirmed I had no idea what he was talking about then was refused service. No clue why as I'm sure probably 100s if not 1000s of people come in on a Saturday night buying smokes and I'm sure some of us buy the same brand. Very poor customer service and without any logical reason. Very strange behavior and walked out of the store empty handed and confused. Had my wife walk in and buy them anyway but bigger hassle then it should have been for sure. Certainly won't be stopping in again.

I believe it is located at exit 55 - my friends always ask how I know these things, it is from RVing as a kid with the grandparents during the summers. You just become curious about how many miles you have to travel in each state for how long over how many days. As highway travel stops go, they are pretty gross. I mean don't even want to walk into gross! I know, because I had to stop as I had less than half a gallon left in the tank and had to stop earlier. I forwent the restroom break. I stopped at CTS finally. I was was greeted immediately upon entering, "Welcome, please let me know if there is anything I may help you with." I noticed the lights where a nice ambient relaxing brightness and it looked incredibly clean. The restrooms were spotless. I looked around and bought a few snacks, everything was priced as you would expect a travel stop to be, but I was blown away with how clean, relaxing and friendly everything was.
