Having to print tickets from my phone to an event in Florence, Italy, I was glad to find this location. With limited Italian, I was hopeful they could assist in this simple task. I arrived with one customer ahead of me and left with no printed ticket after the people who work there brushed me aside and waited on 7 other customers who arrived after me. One employee spoke English well enough to tell me to wait while he served everyone else. After the 7th customer he helped, I asked if he was able to help me. He then took another customer.
