Parking can be a challenge so that is a negative. Customers are also permitted to smoke right at the entrances to stores which is a huge negative for us. Overall I enjoy our trips here.

This is a tough review because the KMCC incorporates so many businesses. I will say that overall…read morethe place is always very clean. I also like the vendors in the middle of the hallway of the KMCC. The rotate frequently which enables shoppers a wide variety of experiences. The food court in my opinion is the reason that I can't give 5 stars. The customer service is deplorable and many of the reps are rude.

Man, where are all the cashiers. They always have plenty of staff to handle the people. They have good cooked meat section, fish, bakery and a good eatery too. I will be back probably 500 more times lol.
