We called ahead for a reservation, and they couldn't accommodate us until 2pm on a random Monday. Parking is easy on the street (free 13:00-15:00, then €0.10 for every 10 min after).

Staff were so gracious and welcoming, and it was great to eat among locals in a small town. Bonus: the bill was only €37!
