Thin crust pizza that's so good you'll want to eat all your crust. But really. It's manages to be…read moresoft and pillowy and crunchy at the same time. With just the right amount of saltiness and semolina and air bubbles. But I've zoomed in on the crust too enthusiastically.
The menu is extensive, and has any Italian pizza lovers favorite combination (all languages available--at least English, French, German, Italian). The ingredients were perfectly farm-fresh. The cherry tomatoes on my buffalina pizza had a sweet sugary flavor profile. And the Buffalo mozzarella was thin skinned with a soft milky interior, just the way it should be. The sauce was simple--fresh tomatoes puréed. And it's like they knew me, because the condiment they brought to thr table was pimento oil, because I love being emotional when I eat.
Clearly it worked because I'm in love. The amoré kind of love.
FYI There's public parking just beyond the restaurant, so the time between parking and pizza is efficient. And service was very professional and kind.
