At the reception counter I was informed Dr Bello had a "medical emergency" today and that I had received a voice mail of this fact one day earlier at 9am. I replied no voice message had been received and also showed her a 7pm reminder text of my appointment from that very previous night. Receptionist then doubled-down on the lie about the a voice message and dismissed the 7pm robo-call as irrelevant. Unprofessional treatment of this sort by a medical professional is never expected. But it is a good reason to fire them. Good luck if you stay with this office.

The first thing I was struck by was that all of my X-rays were taken in the standing, weight bearing position. This was the first time I had experienced that, only to later review the literature and learn that this, in fact , is best practices. Then in my exam and discussion with Dr. Biggs, I found him to be truly interested in treating me, the patient and not my problematic scans. He was easy to talk to, listened carefully and we collaboratively decided on a treatment plan. It was refreshing!. Through his attentive listening skills, he addressed an unrelated matter of concern to me. It was unexpected and much appreciated! My experience with Dr Biggs and his office staff was very positive.

Understand, it wasn't the words that got to me. It was the attitude. After briefly reflecting on this I determined this was not an office I was willing to deal with. The lady on the phone told me "doctor visit, and the allergy test on the skin", to see what I am allergic to. The lady told me on the phone I gonna get the testing done. She was sure the doctor going to do the test. They charged me 288 dollars for 3 min conversion with a doctor. That's all. When I asked about testing, they said you need to make a new appointment and it's going to cost 625 dollars. I didn't want to make fuss about it and just left. I don't want to come there again because I was told totally differently on the phone. I do not recommend the place.
