You never connect with anything. The day before when I called - I did finally get an automated message that no one could take my call and could I please leave a message after the tone - only to then be told that the users voice mail box was full and could not accept any messages. Also f you want to make an appointment you must do it online and during that process you must create an account with a third party service provider for the clinic so - you know now data about you is being stored by some company you don't know and is another point at which your identity could be hacked. The website provides the phone number maze as the only means of contacting the clinic and all of this is what this group of practitioners probably believe is great access to health care. I'm leaving the clinic and my Dr and will never recommend this clinic to anyone searching for an accessible health care provider. The people at the clinic may all be great at their jobs - I don't know - I never got past the gatekeeper. Apparently being one of their patients doesn't necessarily mean you'll be cared for.

I had to go here last week because my own doctor was out sick and I woke up with an ear infection on top of the cold/flu I was battling. Yay me. This is a relatively new walk in clinic so the decor is modern and doesn't feel stale and hospital-ish. The front desk staff are super kind and friendly. My wait wasn't too bad, about 45 minutes mid-afternoon, and the doctor I saw (Dr Lau) was very nice. A quick peek at my ear, a RX later and I was out the door. There is a pharmacy on site as well, so you can get prescriptions filled right away if desired. This clinic is definitely on my short list of recommendations.

The person I dealt with was Cathy. She told me it would be three weeks, which I said would be fine. Three weeks later, no call mind you, I went to the store and was told by Cathy that it wasn't ready as she was busy and that it would be ready in one more week. I went in the next week, no call mind you, and was told Cathy called in sick and that I should come back two days later when she worked again. We're at four weeks now for a maybe 2 hour job. I came back two days later and was told by Cathy, surprise, it wasn't ready because she had...PNEUMONIA! and that it would be ready by next Thursday (5 weeks). I go back and was told, no call of course, that her machine was now broken. They obviously didn't need my money. At no time was a, "sorry for any inconvenience" offered, just the run around. What an utter disappointment, Cathy.

Avoid this shop for repairs. The turn around quote was for three days, instead it was six weeks…read more (NOT due to a more complicated repair - this was just because they were 'overwhelmed'.) The original problem with my machine is still present and I have a host of new quirks to deal with. I had also called and asked this shop not to bother with the repair - I would just pick up the machine - due to the long delay and they went ahead and 'repaired' it anyway. I would absolutely avoid this shop in the future. They were terrible!
