PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS…read more I have had the worst experience with them. They do not care about their customers. Take at least 1-2 weeks to return customer calls or emails. They have no notion of customer service. Very unprofessional. The agent I was assigned to lied to me over everything, when I told him I was calling him for 4 days straight without an answer. The migration fees they charge are pretty expensive, and you would expect some kind of service to balance the fees out. They are shit house. Again - PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

Chifley Tower is a premium skyscraper in Sydney, and named after Ben Chifley, Australia's 16th Prime Minister (from 1945 to 1949). When measured to the top of its spire, it is considered the second-tallest building in Sydney at 244.1 meters (801 feet) high. Completed in 1992 at the total development cost of AUS $1.2 billion, it was designed by New York-based architects Travis McEwen and Kohn Pederson Fox (architect: Nigel Dickson). Construction cost was AUS $425 million. Structural Engineer: Flack and Kurtz Australia. Builder: Multiplex Construction (NSW) The design of Chifley Tower was modeled on the Art Deco skyscrapers built in New York and Chicago during the 1930s, such as the Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building. 42 storeys. During the five years of its construction, the building was known as Bond Tower, as its construction was financed by the Bond Corporation, owned by the businessman Alan Bond. In 1992 Bond was declared bankrupt, and ownership of the building was transferred to the Japanese construction company Kumagai Gumi. The visionary Alan Bond was the financer of Australia's winning bid for the 1983 America's Cup, the first time the New York Yacht Club had ever lost it in its 132-year history. This was the longest winning streak in the history of sport. Built to counteract the tower swaying in high winds, a giant steel block pendulum weighing 400 tonnes is suspended from eight 75mm diameter steel wires located near the top floor. This is connected to a hydraulic dampened gravity system, thus stabilizing the building in high winds. A 3-metre lightning rod was added in 2000, but is not counted in the height as it does not constitute an architectural feature. The Exclusive 'Level 41' restaurant is situated 185m (607 feet) above street level. Partial information credit to SkyscraperPage.com
