I came in last evening to my hotel. They upgraded me to a 2 story suite and as I was taking my…read moreclothes upstairs, on the way down I slipped and fell. I didn't think about it until I saw blood on my jeans. I had the hotel give me bandages and went to bed. In the morning I went to the pharmacy and they told me to come here and have them look at my cut. I checked in at 1145 am and by 300pm I was done. They did an intake, 4 x-rays, then I saw the doctor and he did more questions and tests. He took off my bandages and said they will have to stitch my area. They did a numbing shots and a pain pill and a tetanus shot. Then I waited for my bill and was told I do not need to pay. The level of care was excellent, they work as a team with each patient. I love that I am feeling better to continue the rest of my vacation. If you are ever in Milan and have an accident, please come to this hospital. The service and quality of my care was excellent. Thank you everyone today who interacted with me.
