Each time I called him, he made himself available to help shuttle people back and forth regardless of the long hours and odd times due to flight departures, arrivals, and countless delays. He also is very organized and made sure to check in with me each day so that I could keep track of my staff and to make sure that everyone had a ride. D)Took me 45 minutes out of my way, did not make the appointment, took their time retrieving me.E) The dispatchers often sounded like high schools students on drugs, not able to be of any help when ride did not show. I would really like a manager to contact me on how they can possibly make things right! My partner is in a wheel chair and relies on this service to get to and from medical appointments. I can not recall all the times that they have failed him. Last year they abandoned him at an appt and he had to wait hours to get picked up. Last week an idiot driver locked their keys on the van and he had to cancel a dentist appt and reschedule a month and a half later. To top it off, just today the driver drove right past him and is still heading into the wrong state. He will miss a pre op surgical appointment now and gave to cancel the surgery. This is unacceptable! It's a joke that insurance companies use their services. Laughable! Negligent hiring practices.

The van exterior was incredibly dirty, especially the windshield. The driver proceeded to load my mother into the van as if she were not a person, just cargo.
