I was initially examined at Wilmington location but received a root canal and several fillings at the Channahon location. If you have a severe dentist phobia, ask for Dr. Bice. He was there every step of the procedure and easy to access if you have a question. He's also a perfectionist: one of my plaster bite (temporary crown) things were sideways and he ordered a re-do because it wasn't exact. Thank goodness! Also a shout out to the dental assistants/hygienists. A lovely bunch of ladies who work with efficiency and care. The front desk women were incredibly kind to me. Interior is so neat! There's a play area with a slide that Dr. Bice may have gone down once lmao! It's been several hours since my root canal and a few fillings. No pain, 1/10 discomfort, and no more dentist phobia. Superb all around. Can't really think of a complaint. Thank you Grand Dental!
